One of my favorite things is to meditate. However, most people try to make this an overly complex method. Instead, meditation is just a way to learn how to direct the mind. We can use it in a very structured way, in a specific place, or we can use it as a way to appreciate every action in which we partake.
What is Meditation? Most people think meditation requires a very particular ritual with very demanding physical constraints that only people dedicated to certain religions like Buddhism can partake. The idea that the average person cannot apply meditation as they go about ordinary every day tasks is false. According to Google the definition of meditation is: "the action or practice of meditating: "a life of meditation" synonyms: contemplation · thought · thinking · musing · pondering · [more a written or spoken discourse expressing considered thoughts on a subject:
Meditation is the art of placing the mind where we want it to go. In Turning the Mind Into An Ally by Sakyong Mipham he calls the mind "wind horse." The untrained mind can gallop off in a million different directions at once. Meditation is the practice of learning how to calm and direct that horse. While the form can be very important there are actually many different ways to meditate. There are some very formal ways, where the posture must be exact, the eyes opened a certain amount, and the focus placed on the breath. Then there is the way of turning ordinary tasks such as a walk into a form of meditation. We can choose to meditate, to place the mind, on a specific subject. Or, we can choose to work on clearing out the mind of unnecessary thoughts. The key component and the importance of learning how to meditate (or to think about for that matter) is to learn how to calm and direct our thoughts. Too often people are the victim of their own wild thoughts. What You Think You Create... ":...when these are thus applied, harmony, peace, and penitence, brotherly love and forgiveness, and fellowship...(and are)...in the activities in the experience of the entity...These are not nearly names- they are not merely conditions to be considered on Sunday or on holidays or certain seasons, but are to be living experiences- in every phase of the entity's experience..." Edgar Cacye Reading 1827-1 "We are what we think. All that arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world." - Buddha "Your vibe attracts your tribe." - Unknown In psychology there is the concept of the self-fulfilling prophecy. There have been studies showing that when a person places their mind on certain expectations the mind (the subconscious according to the the theory) will subconsciously do everything in it's power to make that thought a reality. So, if you constantly think you're going to stub your toe on the lip of concrete that separates your patio and garden...you're mind says, "Your wish is my command," and it will create the conditions that will cause you to stub your toe! In the book The Secret this concept was called The Law of Attraction. Here is a brief video on the Law of Attraction (which is basically the same as the Self-Fullfilling Prophecy in Psychology):
 Cultivating Loving Thoughts
The mind is like a garden. We can choose what we plant in that garden by making a choice regarding what we think about. Not only can we use meditation to direct our thoughts by clearing our mind of thoughts but we can then decide what we want to think about. Love and peacefulness are two of the most powerful subjects on which we can meditate. Love, of course, has many different levels. There is brotherly love, the love of friendship, romantic love, the love between a child and parent...etc. To quote 1 Corinthians 13:4: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." When we learn how to direct our thoughts to what we want the most powerful focus is on love. One of the major steps is learning how to love ourselves, not in an egotistical vain way, but to accept each part of our own thoughts, are history no matter how complicated or what dark road we have traveled. One of the ways we can undergo this metamorphosis is by using meditation or directing our thoughts on love. Making a Sacred Space A sacred space is not absolutely necessary to meditate but it really does help cultivate the loving peaceful feeling that meditation should invoke. This is a place that purely reflects you and makes you happy. I recently wrote a blog on this but I'll give a brief description here. A sacred place is a location in your home that is set aside just for the purpose of nourishing yourself. The importance of having a specific place dedicated to the Sacred Space is to make it a sanctuary from the ordinary world with all of it's demands. A simple shrine, such as Hindu or Catholic religions use will be fine. Otherwise, a small area with items that invoke peace, happiness and love are important. Entering and exiting the sacred space can be performed in a ritual form or just a prayer. The most important distinction is that the sacred place is reflective of calm, peaceful and loving thoughts. Clearing The Mind One of the most important methods in Meditation is to clear the mind of thoughts. I find the mind is a bit like a basket. Sometimes, we put so much information into our basket that it becomes overwhelming. Then we have so many errant thoughts and things that we are thinking about we become overwhelmed. Sitting down to meditate and really take the time to cleanse our mind is important. Especially during stressful times when we don't tend to take time and step away from our fast paced and often emotional lives. When we take out times to sit by ourselves, whether it's in the bath tub or in our sacred space, we nourish our own spirit. The method I used to clear my mind of thoughts is one that Sakyong Mipham describes in his book Turning the Mind Into An Ally. Here is the method although a little modified: Sitting with your legs crossed (indian style) with elbows resting and the back straight. Focus on your breath. Whenever a thought enters your mind label it as a thought. There is no reason to indulge or dwell on the thought. Instead you release it. I like to imagine that it turns into a bird that I mentally release that flows out over the ocean. Then return your thoughts to the breath. This helps to clear out all of those racing and unwanted thoughts. Often we carry around in our head several lists of to dos. When our list of things to do or tasks to remember become too large the brain can start to feel like a swimmer drowning in a lake of reminders. I performed this meditation for about two years every day for fifteen minutes. I return to it when I start to feel overwhelmed in daily life. I find that I'm able to approach ideas and problems with a fresh mindset after performing this meditation. Every Day Tasks In every day tasks we can cultivate loving thoughts. We can do this when we cook dinner. Instead of doing the hurried method of throwing a pre-made meal in the microwave we can teach ourselves hot to cook. Each step of the process from cutting up the vegetables and the meat to cooking the meal on our stove can be an act of love and appreciation. We can have appreciation for the entire process that went into making our favorite meal. We can do this when cleaning up the house. By appreciating every object, and every item that we clean. We can choose to say a little prayer of thankfulness to Spirit for the abundance in our own life. We can also do this when going for a walk. Select an inspirational quote then go on a walk where you contemplate that quote. Enjoy the sun on your face, the smell of the grass, and focus on the actual sensation as you walk and contemplate this quote. By the end of the walk you're almost guaranteed to feel refreshed. By under taking these acts with an appreciation of the abundance we receive every day we can start to direct our mind to more peaceful loving thoughts. By focusing on what we have and being thankful we attract even more abundance into our lives. Conclusion There is no right or wrong way to meditate. We meditate every time we place our mind on a particular thought or feeling. Often we do t his unconsciously and trigger self-fulfilling prophecies unknowingly. However, with the power of directed meditation as an aide we can start directing our mind to thankfulness and cultivate love in the garden of our mind. We can also use our mind to perform an inner healing. I have even included in my "Sacred Space" blog how to perform a Crystal Cleansing Meditation. With this tool we can start to attract to us the experiences we really want in our lives and the people that will benefit us the most. Life is a little like the movie the Matrix, but it is a Matrix of Love and Emotion that really connects all of us within creation (not a heartless computer). When we cultivate love, peacefulness, and kindness by placing our mind on these powerful positive lives we fill a deep spiritual well within ourselves. As that well grows it becomes easier to share that "water of life" with others by reaching out to them. Those with empty wells will hurry by a stranger without even noticing them and creates a world of isolated people fearfully trying to avoid their next encounter. When the well is full we are faster to say, "Hello," to a stranger with a smile which can change their entire day. We are more likely to lend an ear to a person that needs someone to listen. We are more likely to lend a hand when someone says they need help. This is why consciously learning how to clear our thoughts, direct our mind and focus our thoughts on cultivating love can be so valuable.

I want to leave the deep subject of prophecies for a little while. I noticed my own energy becoming weighed down by the subject and there are a few avenues of interest I want to pursue before I add to that labyrinthine pathway.
So, let's switch to a lighter subject that I will call "Best Living Practices." These are habits and little things I've learned over the years that really help me cope with stressful times. As life is so fast paced and constant in the United States it's healthy to take time to slow down and smell the roses. I am as guilty as anyone else of becoming over-whelmed. With the death of my daughter two years ago (2014) my energy has been a little off and it's been harder for me to stay in tune with my inner peacefullness. I have been working on cultivating mental clarity and spirtual focus for over twenty years but I have, in no way, perfected the process. I keep finding new baubles to explore but this is one of the methods I use to help keep me grounded. I have found that creating an outer space of calm helps when navigating my own inner landscape. A Sacred Space One of my favorite concepts is that of a sacred space. This idea does not belong to any religion but has a universal origin. I feel that it represents more of a psychological construct that our ancient ancestors knew they needed but in our current lifestyle few mention. This is something all of us need to cultivate intentionally. This is not magical in nature. This is more about creating a personal place for cleansing oneself mentally, psychologically and emotionally from worldly concerns. This also helps with grounding and sorting through emotions. What is a Sacred Space? Most spiritual practices involve a spiritual shrine and in some that shrine is portable. The Buddhist Stupa is one such personal sacred place. In the Native American culture it can take the form of a Medicine Wheel (Dancing with the Wheel by Sun Bear, Wabun Wind and Crysalis Mulligan is an excellent book on this topic). This space is where people go to say their prayers and set intentions. Church's, at one time, acted as a sort of sacred space. However, with time they have become more of a place to gather and interact with others instead of a refuge where a person can experience the divine essence or cultivate mental clarity. A sacred place should invoke tranquility, peace, love and calmness. This is a safe space where one can meditate (I will cover that in my next post), set intentions and decompress from worldly worries. This a place that the stresses of the outside world cannot touch. Now, the outdoors can work as an Sacred Space. Finding a place where you feel a very strong connection with nature can be potent. This can help a person to cleanse themselves of the worldly worries that tend to collect and be stored in the mind. However, I believe that in our modern times, when we are buried in concrete, and it is so hard to go out and be in touch with nature that it's important to have a sacred space in one's home. Also, when a sacred space is created it is marks a spot where negative influences cannot enter. Only positive energy is represented creating a buffer between worldly worries and the inner self. This is a form of positive refuge. Making a Sacred Space Each person's sacred space should be unique to them. This is a place that reflects who you are as a person and objects that resonate with you on an inner level. Certain colors and objects can be very helpful in this process. A Feng Shui expert can help with the creation of a very potent sacred space. However, I created my own with no outside assistance. To serve as an example I will describe how I created my own sacred space. Any room can be used as a sacred space. However, it's important to keep it separate from an area that you regularly use. The sacred space can be an area in your bedroom, however, it should have it's own special quality that sets it apart in some way. Also, it should not be a part of the room that you use regularly, such as your bed, but a little area off to the side that you only use to decompress from worldly worries and connect with your inner self (or Higher Self, Great Spirit or Super Conscious, to use synonyms in other practices for the same concept). My sacred space is my office. In it I have all of the objects I cherish the most. The room is field with butterflies, which are a part of my animal totem as well as pictures of whales. I also have pictures of Yosemite to help me connect with nature. Along with that I have little knick knacks of faeries (which have always played a key role in my life), my favorite books, pieces of artwork I have created (drawings and ceramics) and my rock collection. I also have my favorite incense (Dragons Blood but only the type from India because the incense in the United States contains chemicals that I'm allergic to) and an incense burner. I buy my incense at places like the Healing Shop in Upland or the Learning Light center in Anaheim. All of these objects serve as a mirror for inner reflection. They are objects that I have significantly imprinted on since I was a child or as an adult. Being surrounded by them I feel at home. Uses For The Sacred Space As I've said there are several ways one can use the sacred space. Meditation- In my sacred space I usually perform a certain type of meditation called Crystal Healing. I developed this on my own without any outside influence. This is just the method that works for me. I will take a particular rock, gem or crystal who's energy I feel is appropriate. I usually select it by instinct. I've discovered the stone I select usually reflects my current mental state (the book The Essential Guide To Crystals, Minerals and Stones by Margaret Ann Lembo is very helpful). I usually lie down with the crystal over my third eye chakra at the center of my forehead (I will go into Chakra's later). I then take ten to fifteen minutes where I focus my attention on the feeling of the crystal/rock/gem upon my forehead. Each one seems to have a very different feeling that I then focus all of my attention on. When intrusive thoughts come in I label them as a thought, and let them go instead of dwelling on them. Instead, I focus intently on the rock, gem or crystal I have chosen. Sometimes, I do fall asleep while doing this but I always get up feeling refreshed. I usually need only about fifteen minutes for this practice so it's a quick and easy way to meditate. A timer can be used if necessary but I find it is often intrusive. This does not need to be practiced daily (although, it can be) but it is a great way when feeling low on energy to cleanse oneself. Set Intentions- I do this in two ways. Inspirational Journal I have an inspirational journal that I keep in my scared space. I put inspirational quotes and affirmations in this journal. When I'm feeling down it's nice to go back and read the quotes and ideas that I have previously put in there. Facebook is a great source of inspirational quotes. This helps me solidify my positive intent while in my sacred space. (Placing negative thoughts in a journal only amplifies that negativity producing a chain reaction that only brings further negativity and pain into a persons life- that which we focus on is what we create). Praying I keep tea lights candles in my sacred space for the purpose of prayer. I light the candle with the intention of serving as a focus when I'm praying for a specific situation or person that I'm worried about. I set the intention that the candle serves as a focus for the problem or worry that has been plaguing me and I request the aide of the Great Spirit/God with the problem. Some people would call upon specific Angels and there is no problem with that either. When the light finally goes out I let go of the worry knowing that it is safely in the hands of a Higher Power. This can be a very cleansing little ritual. Writing/Puzzles/Coloring/Drawing: Each of these can act as a sacred act of cleansing. The cleansing affect of these forms of meditation can be amplified in your sacred space. All of these are a form of meditation. This allows you to direct and pour out the energy that the mind is holding onto into a positive format. Writing/puzzles/coloring/drawing helps focus the mind and gives us a sense of accomplishment when we are done. At the end of the day, we are all little mini-creators in the image of God (our soul) and completing a process really helps us to fulfill that need to create and gives us a sense of accomplishment. Each of these can serve as a way to focus the mind allowing room for insight and inspiration to arise regarding our life path, We can sort through certain images, insights and thoughts as we complete our act of creation. Further, upon completion of that act we can often see a reflection of our current state of being. Playing an Instrument/Exercise: Each of these are an important form of meditation as well. Although, in neither of these do we create anything. Specifically it helps focus our mind and burn off excess energy. Performing this act in a sacred space can help us feel more secure and it can act as a form of self-nurturing (which is preferable to self-medicating). Of course, the key here is to keep it light hearted and playful. If we make 'work' out of any task it will not have a positive affect so be careful what type of energy you bring into your sacred space. Removing Clutter There are times when I can't seem to focus enough to meditate, set intentions, pray or create anything. When those times occur I've found that a little cleaning of my sacred space really helps. I know when clutter gathers in certain places it seems to amplify the clutter in my own mind. By cleaning up and organizing this clutter I find that it can be a very cleansing experience and also burns up excess mental energy. Not only do I have a sense of accomplishment after removing the clutter but I also have a more efficient little space. (I must give credit to Doreen Virtues Book Assertiveness for Earth Angels for this bit of wisdom). Clearing Your Sacred Space Whenever we enter our sacred space with the intention of healing and cleansing it is important to clear the space afterward. One can use spray deodorizer, incense, burn a tea light candle or burn Sage to do this. Either way, we are shutting down and preserving the peaceful energy for later use. The intention must be to cleanse the space of any negative influence. The act itself is not important but the intention behind it is important. This helps the space return to a peaceful refuge apart from the ordinary world. I have often found that it is the intention behind the act, not the act itself that really helps the mind. This resets the space so the next time you enter it is fresh and clean. Respect for The Sacred Space I find that it is also necessary to have clear communications with others regarding our sacred space. When another person enters our sacred space it should be done with all consideration and respect. Each person should be able to enter their sacred space and be allowed an allotted amount of time without interference from others. Forming boundaries with others regarding our sacred space is important. C Conclusion I hope that the subject of making a sacred space for yourself helps you in your own life journey. An alternative name for it could be "My Happy Place" and an synonym for Meditation could be, "Me Time." This is the place where the burden of the outside world can be laid down and left alone for awhile. We can tap back into our inner child and enjoy ourselves fully. You can create it in your back yard with the help of a few lawn ornaments or within your house. Whatever place you feel most comfortable and most in tune with nature. The sacred space is a place for no more than reflection and contemplation. This is a place where can take our cares and worries and purify or heal them as we instinctively feel necessary. In this process we will find that our psyche tends to blossom. This sacred space can also amplify our positive emotions and help us let go of negative influences. That which we focus on becomes our reality through the psychological act of self-fulfilling prophecy. Learning to tap into the sacred space in our minds allows us to be well balanced people when we are surrounded by the rapidly changing influences of the outer world. Eventually, when practiced enough we can create a sacred space or moment wherever we go. This can be invoked with a Medicien bag (a bag in which certain sacred objects are placed) to allow us to tap into our sacred space on the go or a worry rock (which can be a rock, gem or crystal depending on our own instincts). Then we can really reap the "fruit" that we have planted as seeds in our sacred space. Eventually, we can apply what we've learned about focusing our mind so that in times of crisis or need we can go 'into the zone' of peacefulness. On A Side Note I must add that reading a good book or playing a video game or watching television can act as a sort of sacred space. However, the downside is that it can fill the mind with a million thoughts that have no place to go and eventually you will need to purge the information or become overwhelmed. I will go into the importance of meditation and how we can apply it in a myriad of ways in our personal life in my next blog which I've already written. I just discovered that I needed to describe and explain what a Sacred Space is before I could really get into the heart of a meditative practice.
Now, for this journey we are going to focus on the famous city of Atlantis.
I'm putting off the Ragnarok post because it might be a part of another blog. This one is already, in my opinion, a tad bit too long. I wrote a big section of this a few days ago so I'm just cutting and pasting what I already had while adding bits that wouldn't have fit with the first story line. However, it's important to the history of Humanity because it really places an emphasis on a tenuous link to an end time event described in the bible as "worm wood" from Revelation 8:11: "The third angel sounded, and a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the the rivers and on the springs of waters. The name of the star is called Wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter." Now, as I've said before Revelation was a vision so it's not that different from dreaming. That means that not all of it should be taken literally. Further, this could be a symbol for how bitter the people on this world has become because of our lack of spirituality in life. The elixer of life is often referred to as water. However, as with most things in our world of duality this probably has two meanings. Also, this passage might be referring to a past event as well as a future event. This is the result of the holographic nature of reality. However, there is adequate evidence that a comet has hit our planet not just once but twice in "recent" human history in short succession. This not only caused our great Ice Age but a second impact caused the global warming that led to the ending of that Ice Age. The subject of Atlantis has been controversial and has been pretty tarnished by all of the media attention. We always seem to be "finding Atlantis" in a different spot but there is never any evidence that a real find was made. Just a lot of theories about what island might have been Atlantis. Edgar Cacye actually identifies Bimini Island as the part of Atlantis that is not submerged. Greece There are a lot of people that don't believe that Atlantis existed and that's fine but for now I ask that you suspend your doubt: We find our first reference to Atlantis in Greece: "The story of Atlantis comes to us from Timaeus, a Soctratic dialogue, written in about 360 B.C. by Plato. There are four people at this meeting who had met the previous day to hear Socrates describe the ideal state. Socrates wants Timaeus of Locri, Hermocrates, and Crias to tell him about Athens interacting with other states. The first is Crittas, who talks about his granfather's meeting with Solon, one of the 7 sages, an Athenian poet and famous lawgiver. Solon had been to Egypt where priests had compared Egypt and Athen's and talked about the Gods and legends of both lands. One such Egyptian story is about Atlantis." ( From an article by N.S. Gill, http://ancienthistory.about.com/od/lostcontinent/qt/072507Atlantis.htm) Note the connection to Egypt. This will play a role in a later portion of this post or if you remember from the previous post Edgar Cacye spoke of a migration of people from the sunken Atlantis to Egypt. Timing Now, keep in mind that Plato is said to have been born in May of 424-427 BC. Therefore, Atlantis must have existed prior to that time period. Also, Plato (as far as time is concerned) is very close to us in history. So, Plato's' student's tale about Atlantis wasn't some long ago fairy tale myth but a pretty recent historical event. At this same time period the Old Testament Book of Esther occurred. This is important because this puts everything into a time frame that is far more recent than anyone has ever realized. We think of these as ancient history but it's really quite recent. Why do I bring up the book of Esther? Because she was one of the many wives of Xerxes and at the time Israel was under the influence of Persia. We should all know that Xerxes was the man against whom Athen's and Sparta joined forces against in 480 BC. (This also puts into perspective the timing of the Book of Daniel as being relatively close to the birth of Yeshua about which I will go into more detail). I'm sure everyone remembers Xerxes as a villain in the movie 300:
Reappearing Places of Myth
I want to point out that there are two places that were considered "mythical" and then were discovered. If these places could be considered myth and then rise again as real places surely another island may some day (hopefully in our life time) be found. First is the island of Pompeii which some think was Atlatntis but that was in 79 BC so nearly 300 years after Plato! Clearly that is not Atlantis. Second is the city of Thonis (Egyptian name)- Heracleion (Greek). Some have said that this is Atlantis as well but it doesn't appear that he name was associated with Thonis. Thonis, instead, had it's own inscription and name. This just shows that there are plenty of places on this planet that have not be discovered yet.
Egyptian Atlantis Migration
John Van Auken's Book 2038: The Great Pyramid Timeline Prophecy we find Atlatnis mentioned as Edgar Cacye does a reading about the Hall of Records (pg 89): "The records are from Atlantis. They recount the times of the beginning when "the spirit took form" and began to enter bodies. They recount the development of these bodies and these people throughout the ancient era of legendary Lemuria and Atlantis and the new peoples subsequent migrations to new lands, including early Egypt. The records also describe the final destruction of Atlantis and the new construction of Egypt." Now, let's revisit the earlier article that said Egypt had a story about Atlantis. So, now, we have TWO civilizations speaking about an island nation that no longer exists. Initially, Egypt was supposed to be the New Atlantis. After Atlantis sunk some of the survivors went to the places where they had close ties with their Neanderthal cousins. It was in Egypt as Ra-Ta that Edgar-Cacye's incarnation as Ra Ta occurred. North American Atlantis Migration Another set of people from Atlantis, interestingly, went to the area where I live as the Incal civilizaiton as I mentioned in my previous blog. There are traces of the Atlantis Culture on the North American continent that the historians ignore. I want to draw attention back to the rare Hopi video that I shared in my last blog. There they say that it is known among the Hopi that white people had visited North America in the distant past. Interestingly, there is evidence that there were people sailing to North American people before the Columbus/ Spanish genocide of Native Americans. This is important because it disproves the common narrative promoted by those rooted in the Roman Empire historical depiction of our history.
 Evidence for Migration
In several books Laird Scranton has provided proof that there was a civilizing plan introduced to the Hunter Gatherer people. I suggests listening to the entire interview (I'm posting part 6) that he did with Red Ice Radio. Here is part of an interview where he explains how he discovered this plan and what it consists of:
Asteroid/ Comet Impact
Now as far as what happened to Atlantis it appears that the Earth was hit by an asteroid that affected the ocean levels of our planet. Here is a quote from a fascinating Graham Hancock article I just read: "If you can put a particular date on it, it's there. It's the end of the Younger Dryas. We have this bizarre episode, where roughly from 15,000 years ago down to 13,000 years ago the Earth seems to be warming up. It's been in the ice age for 100,000 years, but it seems to be warming up- things are getting better-in some ways it's almost as warm as it is today. The ice caps are nicely, politely melting slowly and disappearing into the sea. Everything is very good. And then something truly horrendous happens to the world, and we'll come on to that. Something really bad happens- there's a gush, a giant outflow of freezing water into the Atlantic and Artic oceans, sea levels rise overnight and then a massive deep freeze has set in." Humanity has many tales of a comet (which would be described as anything that caught fire as it entered the atmosphere) being bad luck. Here is a History Channel special depicting how ancient civilizations clearly feared comets:
The channel Bashar reinforces the idea that a comet struck Atlantis and that people from that age left markers behind to warn us about the same thing potentially happening in the future:
 Gobekli Tepe
Gobekli Tepe is one of the most fascinating historical sites ever found. Here is video on this subject:
Graham Hancock has this to say from his article:
"But did a group of survivors of an earlier civilization- a lost civilization, destroyed in the cataclysms at the end of the ice age- did a group of survivors choose to place themselves in Anatolia in that region that is now Turkey? Yes, I think that's very likely. It's a really good place to go, and there are signs that there may have been outreach before. I don't think that the big transfer of technology that takes place 12,800 years ago to 11,600 years ago is the whole story. I think there was outreach before. I think we're looking at a culture that had reached out Hunter-Gatherer peoples around the world- possibly had very strict and rigid code of conduct in relation to them- but when the cataclysm came and they had to go and take shelter they went and tool shelter in places where they already had connections, in my view." Finally, Laird Scranton has this to say about Gobekli Tepe although you could probably listen to the first few minutes and capture the essence of his approach:
 America as the New Atlantis
Now, here is one of those subjects that makes my skin tingle. There is ample evidence that the United States was created as the New Atlantis by our Founding Fathers. Further, the Statue of Liberty was originally built by a Freemason in France for Egypt. However, it was decided at the last moment that the statue would be sent to the United States.
Mul Conclusion
First, there is a body of evidence that suggests that Atlantis did exist. There are multiple sources saying that the island did exist. Second, there appears to be an effort to civilize the nomadic people of the Earth (most likely the Neanderthal) around the period when an island such as Atlantis would have suffered from a catastrophic impact from and asteroid. The megalithic site of Gobekli Tepe that pre-dates civilization offers testimony to this civilizing plan. Third, the island seems to have been destroyed by an asteroid. There is also evidence that it was the activities on Atlantis that caused this event. At the time of Atlantis there was a Negative Pole Shift in Consciousness on our planet. That pole shift affected the waves of gravity that our planet produced and literally pulled in the asteroid. Finally, in addition to the fact that there was an attempt to re-establish life on this planet there was a collective memory of the impact of the asteroid. The common nomadic people of Earth seem to have interpreted the impact as a comet (often times referring to it as a dragon) and collectively remembered it as an harbinger of doom. There is a great deal here into which add further detail and no doubt will in further posts. Sometimes navigating through this information is a little bit like a labyrinth. I hope you've enjoyed this journey and apologize that it was a bit longer then the previous blogs regarding content.
I have always walked the spiral path of the Great Spirit without realizing it. I am no expert on this, I've just felt my way through it all. Recently, I've had some major breakthrough's but I'm going to put my story aside for the moment.
This last walk of the spiral brought a lot of things into focus and continues to unfold in a process of itself. Sorting through all of this so that it's a bite sized tidbit of logical goodness that everyone can understand easily is perhaps the most difficult task I've attempted. The Shaman's of this world have been channeling this information for a long time. I'm just weaving it into the shape I can perceive. I'm doing my best to let all of this flow outward to everyone else. I know that people are really hungry for spiritual fruit. We've been fed so many lies or half truths that people have almost given up on the idea of reaching zen or enlightenment let alone faith in a power they can't see or touch. Our dependency on our five sense's is at a all time high. Our trust in authority is at an all time low. I want to focus on an interesting bundle of information that has really come to me in a myriad of forms...the story pretty much tells itself. So take my hand once again and let's go on a journey... The Four Races of Mankind And The Ages I think everyone is aware of the divide between the races in our nation. I'd always wondered where the four races came from and why. So here is a little history lesson that you won't learn in school... In the white culture people think that there needs to be a neat mathematical formula they can follow to reach enlightenment and we take things far too literally. If we do this or that in this exact order enlightenment will appear suddenly like a light bulb over our heads. We tend to think that the Buddhist concept of our higher self will provide a cheat sheet to our lives making it easier. What people forget is that this world is the one for testing. This is where we really put our light into the forge and mold it into something pure and beautiful. Our most difficult moments hold the beauty of making us something stronger shaping us by Spirit much as a rock in a river is smoothed over time. I realize now that the Hopi story of the different races (echoed in other societies such as the African Dogon of the Pale Fox cosmology and the Asian Secret of the Golden Flower cosmology and even the cosmology of the Book of Genesis) is the most pure. In it they describe that there was the creation of different groups that would gradually become different colors. Each of the groups was given a singular teaching to master. Water was given to the Black the chief of the elements, Air to the Yellow, Earth to the Red, and Fire to the White. Here is the video with a part of the the Hopi Teaching (I recommend watching the entire series of these Rare Hopi Videos:
The Four Races
In Edgar Cacye's readings he explains that the Red people are the descendants of Atlantis and there were two places they went. One place that they went was Ancient Egypt. There an incarnation called Ra Ta lived and sought to instruct the people spiritually. Part of this was the Great Pyramid as a Monument for the Age we were about to enter. Then in reading 5750-1 we have "Then with the leavings of the civilization in Atlantis (in Poseida, more specific), Iltar- with a group of followers that had been of the household of Atlan, the followers of the worship of the ONE with some ten individuals- left this land Poseidia, and came westward, entering what would now be a portion of Yucatan. And there began, with the activities of the peoples there, the development into a civilization that rose much in the same matter as that which had been in the Atlantean land. Others had left the land later. Others had left earlier....Hence, these places partook of the earlier portions of that peoples called the Incal though the Incals were the successors of Oz or Og and Mu in the southern portions of that now called California and Mexico and southern New Mexico in the United States. " The Tablets As you may note the Hopi kept their stone tablet. However, the keepers of the White Races tablets were broken (if you haven't figured it out Jews are White): "When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain." Exodus 32:19 Moses did his best to re-write them and from those we have the ten commandments. Also, this is the most misguided of all of the races because they decided that they would dominate all of the others. Their power grew and changed but all of the time it was the White Race. From the White Race came the power of Rome. The "Kingdom of Rome," by the way, has not come to an end. Nor has their many false teachings for they took the truth and they mixed it with lies to misdirect the masses. They preached repression of all that makes us human giving more power to the Shadow of our Consciousness than ever before and as Yeshua taught from Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." They forbid people to even read the Bible! Here is a very powerful teaching by Jonathon Cahn about Rome and the End Times Prophecies:
But what are the End Times? Even our movies and video games suggest we are running out of time. Yet, what does this mean? Why are we running out of time?
The Story Has Already Been Told
Now, this is one of the most important concepts that we really have to let seep in...because it is one of the most interesting metaphorical concepts and hard to understand. This is really important. We've been telling ourselves the same stories over and over again because we've been in the process of making something new. One of John Van Auken's greatest teachings involves the 2038 Pyramid Prophecy. In this Prophecy he explains that the story has already been told. He found out that there was an Involution of Spirit into the world and that the story of our spiritual Evolution was told to our Ancestors.
(I personally have this book along with Ancient Egyptian Mysticisim and it's Relevance today also by John Van Auken. I recommend both of these books for curious seekers. I also highly recommend Dreams by Elsie Sechrist. All of which are distributed through Edgar Cacyes A.R.E.)
The Cycles of Spirit We are so focused on these race wars right now that we are not paying attention to all of the teachings that have been poured out upon us in the last thirty years! As the Hopi video explains we have gone through several different cycles. One age was of the cycle of The Mineral (rock), The Cycle of the Plant, The Cycle of the Animal (that we are now in) and the Cycle of of the Human. Alright, I'm going to start this one off with a little bit of a bang for the people who are so rigidly traditionalist. I'm sorry if this is hard to believe but just walk with me through this bit of a bump. This might be a bit hard for those who are not used to thinking outside the little box of beliefs we've built for ourselves. I'm sure everyone has figured this out by now but there were many messengers sent by the Great Spirit. One was Yeshua, another Buddha, etc. Here is Bashar explaining this concept:
Jesus/Yeshua and the Age of Pisces
There has been much mis-direction since Yeshua came to help. He was a mixture of two races- my guess is probably yellow and white (Greek). The middle east has been a great mixing pot of the black, white and yellow people for centuries because of trading. The Red People of North America remained isolated. We know that Yeshua is referred to as white because John The Baptist (he identifies himself in this passage as Black) says this... "John answered them all, "I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit (of) fire." Interestingly, I previously thought that the Book of Matthew was the best written Gospel. Then this morning I stumbled onto the Gospel of Philip. This is a non-canonical bible where it not only identifies the Holy Spirit as female but holds this little gem about our current age of the Animal! "People, wishing to be saved, made sacrifices. But a reasonable one (understands clearly that) sacrifices are not necessary and animals should not be offered to deities. In fact, those who offered animals as a sacrifice were themselves like animals (by the level of their development)… When a sacrifice was made (animals were offered to deities). Though animals were offered alive, they died." Further, Yeshua was very much aware of the symbolisim for the age of Pisces. Further, evidence was found in a prison (!!) of all places in Megiddo. If you haven't already seen or listened to the symbolism involved in the music vidoe by "Godsmack" named "Awake" please see my previous post. Then you'll recognize the fascinating coincidence (synchronization) here. Here is a video about one of the earliest Christian Churches ever found:
Second, here is a quote by Yeshua to his apostles Luke 22:10:
He replied, "As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters." The man holding the water was a symbol for the Age of Aquarius. The disciples had asked when he was going to return and he gave them a very simple answer. However, it was very cleverly hidden within the biblical cannon's text. Reading the traditional canonized bible is like hearing a really strange echo of the original teachings. 2012 Alright, here we are going into a bit more tarnished area of research. After all, nothing happened in 2012, right? The world didn't end. Aren't we sick of these near misses with our complete annihilation by now? Do we have to keep talking about this? Well, yeah, because once we realize that 2012 was the shift towards the new cycle of Aquarius and the end of the Cycle of the Animal it begins to make sense. As John Van Auken already pointed out the shift towards the Light started in 2012 and it will be in full swing by 2038. So, what we are going through is a gradual change. Further, the Pole Shift predicted by Edgar Cacye isn't the physical Earth changing magnetic poles as everyone has so erroneously believed. Instead we are switching our spiritual pole from negative to positive. We are coming out of a really bad negative period (that started with the Dark Ages) and will not completely end until Rome ceases to exist. We could call the plant cycle the cycle of Rome. So, let's revisit the Mayan Prophecies because, here again, we find a legacy of stone in which the cycles are calculated, again, to this shift. This is just a small snippet. I highly recommend all of John Van Auken's material.
 The Convergence
Now, here is something that really excites me. I really paid attention to this last year because so many people were talking about prophecy. I couldn't believe how it had taken YouTube by storm. There was so much hype about November 23, 2015! The Blood Moon Tetrad Cycle was ending and many other important prophecies were coming to an end. Everything started to look like it was adding up to something. (I must add that I was born during a blood moon and seeing one at the age of 33 made me very happy, it was like witnessing my own birth.) One Christian Pastor put together a marvelous presentation of all of the prophecies and how they were coming to a head in November and he called this The Convergence (this was video was taken down by YouTube sometime around the year 2017).
This next part to me is extraordinarily interesting. There is also a Convergence depicted in the Marvel Universe. This one showed up in the marvelous movie Thor: The Dark World. So, the idea of a convergence and the world ending (when space and time seem to disassemble) is a common one.
Also, Bashar gives his version of the Convergence. However, this was from quite a long time ago when a similar circumstance happened and there was apprehension about the month of August. (I don't think I'd even been born yet). Here is his description of the convergence from that time:
Here we have an episode of Star Trek called "Cause and Effect." When we look at all of the coincidences that I've gone through in the last blogs this is the effect we reach. The fact that so many prophecies coincide with this time seems to suggest that there is more here than a superficial look can substantiate.
Not only do we have all of the prophecies from the convergence but we have two more that I can add. The first is the 2038 timeline prophecy, the other is the 2030 prophecy that Bashar gives and a current one that Bashar has given regarding an economic collapse that coincides with Jonathon Cahn's Shemita. (I will include these in the post about Atlantis and the Comet.) Now, let's go see an episode of Star Trek that I just watched last night. In this episode, the crew has been stuck in a time loop. This is the effect that seems to be happening here on Earth but it's also happening on nine other realms of consciousness as well. As Data states, "This is highly improbable."
Conclusion
Okay, so this was an interesting post. I've done the best I can with this particular subject. This post was going to be book length at first but I had to split it up into parts. In the next part I'll be working on a post called "The Day the Music Died" (Ragnarok). I also have a substantial amount already written about "Atlantis and the Comet." I'm going to see if I can tie in time travel into this as it most certainly plays a role. That portion of this story seems a little bit of a slippery slope. The convergence is a point where all of the timelines meet and somehow it was from this that we (humans) are able to help create all of the "nine realms" or "nine levels of consciousness." The big picture, from where I sit, is the universe is like a self-perpetuating system that has to keep creating worlds in order to exist. In that process a time loop has been created so that we can basically share a handshake with our past and future. The synchronizations (coincidences) that people have been talking about from books like "The Secret" and from many mediums is the universe sorting itself to find the one timeline where the creation happens and the separation of the nine worlds occur. For me, creating these posts is a bit like putting together a virtual reality puzzle of words and images so that it's entertaining. I'm navigating through the information as best I can and hopefully there will be people who can follow along. All I can say is that there was an apparent need for a system reboot of the entire universe. For some strange reason I had a role to play in this reboot and I'm just bearing witness to this wild ride and it's actually really fun! I hope this has relieved some of your anxiety (I think everyone has been feeling it recently) and brought you some insight. Luckily, in many ways I've been training for this moment my entire life. Every time I create these posts I have to go back and read through them as though reading it for the first time. I can't even describe how fascinating the experience is for me. Here is a bit of a taste of what post I'm going to leap into in the next post.
(Note from 2017: I'm leaving this up to show that my own perception of Awakening has evolved in many ways. I started off with a very fear based ideaology and I did listen to very fearful people who seemed to be making connections.)
Alright, I'm inviting you again to walk this spiral path. I was trying to figure out a few years ago why everyone was talking about, "Being Awake." I never could quite understand the meaning behind this saying although it appealed to me. I thought it was odd. Then there came the influx of zombie movies and I realized that people were feeling like zombies. At the peak of the 'zombie apocalypse' obsession people began to realize it was a subconscious representation of our over worked/unenlightened population and the type of lives we have created. We are like the walking dead repeating the same routine over and over. Awakening oneself to spirituality (or the sacred heart of enlightenment) is the answer to preventing a person from being 'the walking dead.' I will cover this is in a future post so we can look at this more in depth. This idea has been with me for a very long time and I have always gravitated to music or books regarding 'being awake within the dream.' This has been a driving force and the first whispers of this was in the late nineties. That's when I heard the Angel's of Venice CD "Awake Inside a Dream" and the Godsmack song, "Awake" came out in early 2000. However, recently the pervasive theme about being awake has seemed to spring up everywhere including the Christian rock band Skillet and one of my favorite witty artists, Katy Perry. I should also add that I have great skill in controlling my own dreams and interpreting others dreams. I've found that it's a bit more fun when I let them take on their own manifestation instead of trying to control them. I will be posting more on dreams in future blogs. Reality is an illusion. I'm going to show this in several ways in the next few blogs. We, as a group are creating this reality together but at the same time it is just an illusion. We never leave the Spirit World where we are created in the image of the Great Spirit (God/Source/All That Is). First, understand that I am in no way special. Everyone can do what I've experienced. All you have to do is to let go of yourself. Pema Chodron said it best in her book When Things Fall Apart, "You must learn how to let go of yourself." Things falling apart is a natural part of life but the natural answer is to rebuild a different version of the original intent. Further, it is important to tame the mind. In Turning the Mind Into An Ally, Sakyong Mipham describes the process as trying to tame the "Wind horse". The mind (Jung called it the Ego) thinks that it's in control of the situation. The Mind thinks that it is the one in charge interacting with the world but that's not true. Our spirit or soul is the one doing the creating and it's just better if we learn to flow along with creation instead of trying to control it (much as I learned in my dreams). (We see this on the world stage because man is trying to create and control nature). Psychology teaches us that repressing emotions can be bad because they find expression in negative or harmful ways. When we repress emotions or memories we actually hold onto them. One of the worst things we can do is be like the Monk's or Priests and repress ourselves completely in an attempt not to be human. Whether it is our sexual drive, our drive for attention or a billion different things repressing our feelings is not the correct path. The correct path is to embrace the fear, embrace the pain, learn our lessons from it and move on. Reality is like a Snow Globe We are like a snow globe. Within ourselves we create the illusion, we agreed to play this game with others but they are bit players. We are the architects of our own worlds, we are the dreamers, and we are the makers of the dream. Other people we know, with Snow Globes of their own, share the illusion with us by projecting themselves into our reality. We project ourselves into theirs. Projection is also a Psychological concept. When we project onto others it is usually negative parts of ourselves (things we have disowned/our shadow) because our own state of being distorts their true image. The only way to not project on others (you will always project into their worlds) is to quiet your mind and find the center place- the place of calm in the eye of the storm is what I call it- and look at the situation from an objective point of view. Building Worlds Learning how to build worlds can be a little difficult as a writer. It forces you to think beyond yourself, beyond this world but as every author knows you start with yourself. In order for a world to be plausible it has to contain parts of this world but it can have different names or actors. Gravity, for instance, can't be changed and still seem comprehensible to the human brain. Stephen King said it best when he explained that writing, although this can be expressed in the form of video games (especially the creation of worlds like Tolkien, Narnia, Skyrim, etc.), is a form of telepathy. This is the transfer of thoughts from one to another where it becomes engrossing. When you combine that with the fact that the authors, musicians, directors, game creators and artists of our world are the Shaman's what you get when reading are two globes sharing the same reality. This too will be another blog post. A Projection From Spirit This world is a projection from the Spirit World that we are making. We are always safely with God, we never leave him, but we are projecting ourselves here as a some sort of game. This too will be another blog post. Time is one of the mechanisms used to control this reality. Time has really sped up in the last few years so that it's hard to have a family, hard to have the time to do everything we want to get done, and the resources to do it. Yet, if we are the architects of the dream then we can also control time. I've experienced what I'll call "Untime" which was actually a very fun experience. Most people would be afraid to have the experiences that I have had. I am not afraid. I guess I've just lost so much, faced all of my greatest fears and lived through them just fine. I've let go of Fear, I see this life for what it is and it is my job to share with everyone how it works. I'm trying my best to convey this information to everyone else so that we can all wake up within the dream. Two Analogies I see life this way... When I was a child I would go to Disneyland and I would ride Star Tours. I was so confused by what is and is not an illusion that I would scream in terror throughout that entire ride. That was so real to me that I thought that I was really flying through a comet and getting stuck in Darth Vader's tractor beam. I learned, however, by going on the ride many many times (I had an annual pass) how to enjoy the illusion. I learned to relax and just trust that the seat belt hold me in and eventually I had the muscle memory to know when there was going to be a twist or a turn. However, when I had learned the entire sequence it became boring and I wished that they had different destinations. I knew that it would be so easy to do and I couldn't see why they hadn't thought of it before. Well, now they do have different destinations but I'm sure that by going on the ride often enough the people with passes have gotten to know the twists and turns (although, I will say that the newer versions are more shallow and less immersive than the first). Here is another way to describe how I see life. When going to Knott's Scary Farm I throw off the people playing "monsters" because I have an unusual reaction. I know that they are just actors so no matter how gruesome they look or how fierce they might seem I know that it is all an illusion. No matter how immersive the mazes are, no matter how much depth that they put into the construction of these mini-worlds...I see through them. So when a monster comes up to me holding a knife I know that it is not real so I say, "Hello," and just laugh. The actors are so used to scaring people the illusion completely falls apart. This is what we need to do to overcome our fears. Shattering the Illusion Having the illusion of this reality being (I envision it as a globe within a globe type of scenario) shattered is not a terrible thing. I think that it can really end up opening up a way of living that people can't currently imagine. We have, effectively, painted ourselves into a dark corner and now it's simply time to turn the light back on. We must learn to laugh, to "lighten up" in order to be "Enlightened." Our light does not shine as brightly if we do not smile through the tears and embrace the fear. There is no reason to have a heavy heart. None of this is real, this is just a dream. Even our nursery rhymes tell us that this is so... YouTube Videos Again, I do not mean to infer that there is any intent of any conscious group effort to form this pattern that I'm going to include. Nor do I mean to infringe on the artists who's work I'm including. I'm just showing everyone the patterns that I am seeing. My intent is not to say that there is any sort of conspiracy but to imply that this is the act of the collective unconscious (that consists of us working together on the spiritual plane of existence).
My favorite scene from Star Trek V "The Final Frontier." Obviously, it is a rendition of the classic nursery rhyme Row Row Row Your Boat, which, as I said states clearly that this life is an illusion. The fact that it is the very base motivated Captain Kirk, Spock who represents logic and McCoy (my favorite character) who would represent the heart ties in with a post regarding the number Three that I plan about writing later. (I apologize for references to future blogs but this information comes in waves that are so deep that it takes me a bit to navigate through the information in a way that is easily understood.)
This one ties in the most with this post. Reality is like a snow globe and this captures that analogy of how the illusion of this world works. The glass dome distorts the image of a butterfly making it appear to be a scary bat. Then Lindsey captures a glimpse of the truth when she sees the bat turn into a butterfly. We see, in the mechanical part (in the system) Lizzy Hale helps Lindsey (the inner child or the spirit) break out of her physical prison by placing a doll in the gears. All of this is out of the desire to feel complete, to not feel alone, and to find that inner connection to Source again. The mirror reflecting the illusion of who we are breaks for Lizzy. Lindsey then turns into a crystalline entity of light followed by finding herself in a new much larger world.
This was one of the very first songs that I was attracted to but for some reason Wikipedia doesn't list the exact date the album was released. This was the first glimmer that this reality is an illusion. The symbolism in the video isn't terrible and does capture the essence of the song...so sit back and enjoy a kind of rare song that I adore.
Alright, in this one we get a more funny take on the snow globe analogy. Albeit this is kind of backwards from the way that Lizzy portrayed it. In this song Matt Wertz wishes that he was in a snow globe and it's conveyed as Christmas every day. Of course, if Christmas arrived every day then we would take it for granted. Also, his world starts to get really crowded to the point where he's crawling along the ground until he finds a door. At the end we see the snow globe version of Matt looking outside of the trailer. Realizing that there is a bigger world then his snow globe he and his buddies decide to set off and explore leaving their little Christmas world behind.
Alright, the symbolism in this one is a little more hidden. This one was at the leading edge of these songs back in 2000. This was from sixteen years ago. There is the prevalent point of view that we are trapped, that we are prisoners in our own soul dream. The box is a male symbol, this goes back to the entire idea of being trapped in a cage (the human body). The prison itself also represents being imprisoned. Notice how the prison guard looks outside but they don't see the band but the band is inciting the rebellion of the inmates. Then the prisoners are let out by a wise old man that appears to be at an old stone door. Eventually, at the end just as the swat team arrives the sign for the prison falls and it now says closed since the sixties! (This link is not playing so follow this link to YouTube: https://youtu.be/opU1urLhw50)
In the following we see a Christian band taking on the meaning of waking up within the dream. This alblum was released in 2009. The part that I want to focus on here is the "breath into me." It is the breath of spirit, of the collective unconscious that Yeshua represented (and I believe channeled) that helps us to keep going when it seems that our light is about to be extinguished by fear. Strangely, I couldn't find the actual music video on YouTube for this one.
Alright, so in the next piece we have the Goddess Kali being displayed after a collage of endangered species (two of whom are a part of my animal totem- the Butterfly and Humpback Whale). There has been a similar collage at the Vatican. I want to note that the ending is of the Triune Goddess Durga. Kali is the part that is the breaker of the illusion. This is just one form of a wake up call. This collage has received a lot of negative attention.
Here we have the "Power Piece" add for X-Men: Days of Future past. To me the resemblance to Kali is obvious. We find out in this piece that Kali must not kill a man. Once she doesn't kill the future of the world is changed. As I stated before there are two different paths that have been emerging and this is one aspect of the new path.
Here, in this video from 2012, we see Katy Perry in the labyrinth of her own mind where she found a strawberry (forbidden fruit). Also, in the labryinth she does seem to resemble the goddess Kali when she smacks the walls.
I must add one of my favorite stories about Samsara (the recycle of death and rebirth) Strawberry from Pema Chodron's book. In it she describes the story of a woman traveling through the jungle. A wild tiger begins to chase her. She climbs down a vine and then looking down sees that there is another tiger below. She realizes that the vine she is holding onto has a strawberry and she grasps it and eats it. The taste of that strawberry is extremely sweet in precious because of her situation. When Katy decides to 'let go' a flare goes up from her chest that lights up the sky. That's when her inner child appears and rushes her into a hallway filled with mirrors. When she bursts through the mirror her inner child stands up to the 'devils' (the bulls), and they rush from the hospital into a garden. Her inner child (intuition) sees that the guy is misleading her. They then see a new door to the "light" through the heart. This video also doesn't work so you're going to have to follow this link to see it: https://youtu.be/k0BWlvnBmIE)
In this we see the movie Inception. This is where Leonardo Decaprio's character explains how 'co-dreaming' works. This is how reality works. This is a wonderfully "backwards" dream (I will go into that in a future post as well). Notice when she's afraid that things begin to explode until she "kills herself" in the dream. I think that we have all had those moments where we were so afraid our hearts felt as though they were going to leap out of our chest and some how in those moments we manage to hurt ourselves inadvertently. Some people have literally fainted or died from fright.
In this video he channeled entity, Bashar, is explaining how we are actually dreaming. As I have established in this post what we consider reality is in fact a dream that our higher-self (on the spiritual plane of existence from which we originate) co-create's this dreams with others. Those other people project themselves into our personal reality. One of the important things to remember is although the dream isn't real the experience is real to our soul.
I though this would be a fitting end to this one. I'm sure that there are some who don't think that we can awaken within the dream. That they want to keep us in the negativity that we see. Instead, I'd like to prove them wrong and show that we can all be peaceful warriors. There is a lot more I can say on this point. The images and story lines are becoming more clear as I investigate each thread of this tapestry every time I walk the spiral. I, however, am going to spend the rest of the day walking my dogs and being outside in the fresh air. This post has taken the better part of two days to put together. I apologize that it is very long. However, I really didn't write this for those with short attention spans. Maybe I'll eventually make videos for them in the future when I can distill this information even more than I currently can.
"In the moment when I truly understand my enemy, understand him well enough to defeat him, then in that very moment I also love him. I think it's impossible to really understand somebody, what they want, what they believe, and not love them the way they love themselves. And then, in that very moment when I love them -" "You beat them." For a moment she was not afraid of his understanding. "No, you don't understand. I destroy them. I make it impossible for them to ever hurt me again. I grind them and grind them until they don't exist." (Ender's Game Chapter 13 Titled Valentine). This is a topic that I want to cover at a very important time in our history. I have so very much to say, my cup is full (spiritually speaking) of so many truths that I am trying to pour it all out to you. Trying to separate them into cohesive units is a bit difficult! This is a very complex topic and my thoughts are a verbal journey. So, if you will, take my hand we will go through this winding path together. (As always, I will include videos at the end of this blog as a sort of testimonial or validation of what I see. My gift is unlike any other I have ever heard of because I can see the strings that attach us all to one another through our religion, our society, our culture...and I can weave it into a tangible form. I see the pattern of the Collective Consciousness (Jung's Collective Unconsciousness). Yet I know that we are each a vibrant thread in this complex tapestry that we have made together and that we MUST NOT remain silent. We must each express our own part in this vibrant play least it not exist at all. This I may expand upon in a future post.) War The world seems to be battling it out over an inclusive or exclusive point of view. War is against human nature. In order to go to war at all we have been conditioned on levels that we are not aware. Men shot over other men's heads in the first two world wars. Those who survive war are scarred mentally by it in the form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. They cannot help but relieve the terrible moments of death over and over again preventing them from moving on with their lives. The book Ender's Game covers so many great things, but in it Ender believes everything is an illusion and so he does the suicidal thing of destroying his own people to defeat the enemy. When he realizes what he has done it destroys him. There is a battle going on, perhaps a battle that was started when Yeshua first came to this planet. He did not come as the Prince of Peace so many think that he was but bearing a sword. "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the Earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." Matthew 10:34 That sword is of Free Will, where we can choose to be the negative or positive/ exclusive or inclusive and it cuts both ways. The Jewish people were thinking that they were calling out for a Great Warrior to save their people. In a way, Yeshua was the ultimate warrior (akin to the Bodhisattva warrior also known as the the peaceful warrior) for he shows how to conquer the negativity within himself and show's everyone the path to Self-Authenticity. I see this playing out on every level of this world from politics to music to societies in different countries. However, he cautioned all those who would take up the sword: "Put your sword back in it's place," Jesus said (to his disciple), "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword." Matthew 26:52 The non-believers are right in that Religion has caused more wars, and some of the ugliest, on our planet. However, this was done on purpose by Spirit/God/the Universal Order to teach a lesson. Yeshua brought us the war that so many sought just as the Nation of Israel asked. However, it was not a war that proved their supremacy as they had wished. Instead war was their undoing as a nation and it was another war that restored their nation. The sword of Free Will is not to be forced upon others but it is to be used to slay our own inner dragons, our demons, our fears and our night terrors upon our Hero's Journey. This is not to be used on another to bend them to our path because they have their own sword that they must bear. Many Path's One Source - The Inclusive Path I am not like everyone where I see that there is just one path to be walked when it comes to religion or spirituality. The way I see it there was one original set of teachings. Then different groups, thousands of years ago, took that teaching and put their own spin on it. They hid the teaching to keep it safe so that it did not undergo the "telephone game." As most of us know the "telephone game" is where the message becomes extraordinary distorted by too many people telling the story. An elite group was formed in every society that knew the secret teachings and only those that were truly interested were allowed to learn the secrets. The common populace was given a "watered down" version of the original teachings. Eventually, however, there was a falling away from these teachings because people lost touch with the original meanings, they lost contact with the part of themselves that was capable of comprehending metaphor (the language of spirit) and religion was born. Then the small group of elite people even set themselves up as rulers (even though the idea of separation of church and state was obviously practiced by the ancient Egyptians). However, within the different religions there remains the kernel of truth, disguised in many ways, but the original teachings are being made clear in our century. I can see the kernel in each religion and, for me, they are all correct. I am inclusive in my spirituality. The Free Masons capture this idea the best. They unite people in the sacred rituals that have been handed down though the ages from the original teachers of what Laird Scranton calls, "The Civilizing Plan." I do not doubt that there is a connection between the pillars in Gobekli Tepe (where the masters taught the students and they created pillars, more or less Totem's much like the Native Americans) and Rosslyn Chapel's three pillars in Scotland. The Free Masons appear to perform the sacred rights that go back to antiquity although many of them might not understand them. Further, metaphysics is a group that are stitching these beliefs back together for the common populace. Not that there aren't those among them that are spinning things very negatively and therefore I dismiss them. Yeshua said to weigh the content of a person's words and to measure them by their heart. Negatively charged people always produce vile verbal garbage even if it is peppered with truth, they spread discrimination and hatred. Unlike those who teach comparative religions and say that because every story is the same, just as Joseph Campbell so compellingly shows, this does NOT prove the message incorrect. Spirit talks to everyone, our souls are all linked in the same chain of experience. Instead, I walk the spiral of these religions and I see the commonality as a reinforcement- the reason to believe that there is something more beyond our paltry physical experience. More to us, more to the universe and much more to the Great Spirit (God). Science seeks to find this commonality, this Universal Source, but as long as Science leaves out the contemplation of Spirit there will be gaps in their theories that they cannot explain. Some scientists see the Great Order to the Universe but they do not call it God. To sum it up I would call their view the "Unifying Organizing Force" that uses mathematics as it's language. This is true and in so many ways was already expressed in some ancient spiritual practices (sacred geometry that has been indicated particularly in The Secret of the Golden Flower by Richard Wilheim and C.G. Jung). The key thing is that the Scientists are coming to the same conclusions as ancient sages but through a different more skeptical path. I hear the profound song of the Universe, of Creation, of God in all of these groups singing the same tune and that causes me to believe more fiercely. All the paths lead to God. None is wrong, none are entirely right, but each holds that kernel of truth that is the Elixir of Life. Only One Way- The Exclusive Path The problem is that the world has become a place where everyone wants to claim that there is only one way to practice religion and live in general. Each person wants to force their belief systems and their path on everyone else. The real crystallization of this method occurred with the Roman Catholic Church. In the name of the church the warrior was given the sword in the name of Christ and they slaughtered thousands. Then when the New World was conquered in the name of Christianity we again saw this playing itself out as the Native American people were slaughtered. This was a great injustice that continues to resonate through the world. The Muslim Community, after being one of the targets of this method of conversion in the Middle Ages during the Crusades, is now going on their own Crusades by way of suicide bombers and rogue shooters. Those who choose the path of negative polarity, the Exclusive Path, choose not to connect with God (often out of shame or fear both of which we are taught). Current Political Issues I want to start off by saying I do not believe that any race is better than another nor any country greater than another. I, myself, am Cahuilla, Cherokee, Scottish, English, French and German. I am a mutt. I follow the narrow road of Yeshua (Jesus), the Great Red Road of the Native American's and the path of the Bodhisattva Warrior. I write these current events as an outsider from all of the groups mentioned because, as of yet, there is not a group that identifies themselves as a Mix or Mutts. I see this issue of Inclusive or Exclusive playing out in the United States and the world. First, there is the division of people in the form of politics where it has become a two sided affair. Each side refuses to consider the other side with extremely different views of how things should be done. Some are anarchists, others would repeat the mistake of having religion rule us, and others want to maintain the status quo. Overwhelmingly, people simply want a change. Second, I see it among the five races in the United States. The United States was once a melting pot where all of the five races were becoming one. Yes, it was predominately adopting the "Caucasian" point of view. However, we have become a mixed salad. Everyone wants to be different, separate, and yet have the benefits of the community. All of the races in our community are deciding between the idea of integrating into the overall fabric of the United States or breaking away to make their own communities. Third, I see it in Israel and the Middle East with the conflict of the Muslim's not wanting to integrate with the pervasive Jewish/Christian society. The battle is the worst there because it is a family battle of the Arabs who are the sons of Ishmael and the Jewish, the sons of Isaac (Christianity being an inheritor of that lineage). To me this is truly heart breaking. The One World Order that so many are afraid of from the Book of Revelation has already happened, a long time ago, when Global trading began to happen. So, if we all choose to be the family of humanity (instead of fearing the prophecies of The Revelation and fearing Satan) there is nothing to lose. Yet, we fight among ourselves as though thinking that we will lose something of our own identity if we stand as one. A Critical Juncture/Prophecies I believe that we had the opportunity for this crossroad back in 1998 and again about 2007. We are a world torn by the question of our own identity. I see this manifesting itself in Hollywood and several faucets of life on this planet. The set of movies that are coming out this year really signify this pole shift of people. There are those who are stacking up on the negative alignment side and those who are stacking up on the positive alignment side. I will write a blog on this specific topic soon because there have been some revelations regarding it but suffice to say that the two polarities are separating. The Inclusive and the Exclusive paths are splitting apart and it is clear to me where the Exclusive Path is going. Their path will be conquered by Saturn who so eloquently told me in my dream that he is, "The Grinder of Men." (I will cover this in a future post). A Dream I want to step aside a moment and tell you a dream that I had. In the dream I was going through discount earrings. They were all Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween. Much of them did not match. However, I found a pair that did match. I found one pair that matched that were bits of Carnelian that were long. Other people were trying to push me out of the way once they had found what I did. There was one who went to the register and it turned out it would be full price for the earrings despite the fact that they didn't appear to have matches because some of them were 'designer.' This is what I feel that I am doing. I'm connecting old legends and stories that have been discounted by the majority of people in the World as being the stories of savages (inferior people). I'm putting them together in a way that people can see it. More or less, recreating the old Hall of Records from the Universal Unconscious and validating it by sharing how it's coming up in Popular Culture. I can read popular culture like someone reading a book being shown to them in a mirror. That's what the silver screen and pop culture does- it mirrors the culture. Conclusion I believe that when it comes to religion everyone has a different perspective on the same Kernel of Truth. We each give meaning to what we want that Kernel to be but I see a unification happening in the world. I don't see an world on the brink of the End of Day's per se, but on the brink of learning a new way...a new song, a new dance. The challenge is that everyone needs to sing in order to help this new vision come forth. We can't be guided by anyone else or want to be puppets who's strings are pulled by religion, the government, our higher selves, or anyone else. The choice is to decide to declare sovereignty over our own lives, realize that we do make a difference, to be that, "lone voice calling out in the wild". The most awesome thing is when we hear a reply. The shift has been gradual towards these events where people are sorting themselves into which polarity they want to be and I think that it can be made conscious to some degree. I do not understand fully the scope of what is happening nor my role in it. However, I do know that we are going through a period of Civil War as a world. Thankfully, in this nation we have put the majority of it on the Silver Screen so that we can watch it and not have to actually battle it out on the streets (I personally would give up my own life before doing so). There are those who are battling it out in the war zones of this world and for them I offer my sincere prayers. My greatest wish is that we will all wake up from this madness and this business of war will be put away forever. Let it exist on the silver screen and not in our streets, our homes or our nations any longer. I will say this for certain...there is a split in the path. I don't understand it, that's a spiral or a 'download' as the people who channel like to call it, that I haven't gotten to yet but the pattern is emerging on a larger scale than I can comprehend. I will cover what I can understand in a future post. I see no reason to fear any of this experience anymore than I would fear the dives and turns in the Star Tours ride at Disneyland. I'm ready for the economy to fall and finally be set right. I don't believe that it will lead to chaos and disorder. Instead, perhaps it will lead to something new which is what we are in need of right now. That is, overwhelmingly, the feeling I get on the street. There is a desire for change in whatever form it may manifest. The thing is there seems to have been a card in the deck that was not accounted for on someone's part. That's why we have so many radical answers popping up right now. Right now I'm thrilled with how it's manifesting in Hollywood. I personally, as I have said before, am singing out to counter effect those who are polluting the water with negativity. They are interpreting this through very negative filters and it's effecting a whole lot of people. The one thing I do know is that I'm here to balance out that negativity and show a different path then the one everyone seems to be marching down at metaphorical gun point. I will say that I was an unbeliever. I am not someone who wants to believe that I am a channel. There was a time that I really didn't know if I believed in a God or Source. I'm struggling with this a bit by trying to channel a comprehensive message. Most people let their ego step aside and don't remember what they channel but my gift doesn't work that way (nor would I want it to do so) but it is a challenge to draw these connections in a way people can understand. Time itself is part of this equation, there seems to be a line of continuity that is back tracking, the pattern is something that has occurred for the last couple of years as a garbled message. All of this was written out years ago, but I will go into that in a future post as well. If it seems as though I'm leaving bread crumbs, it is true. I'm going slowly through this because I want to get it right. I know it's a message that I'm driven to get out now (which I don't like the lime light so this is unpleasant) but I have every intention of enjoying this process if I'm to go through it. You Tube Videos First, we have Pippin from Lord of the Rings The Two Towers singing "Pippin's Song." That pretty much captures the essence for this moment in time for this year. I will interpret this further (in my next blog). I can connect it to Revelation 6:11- "Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been." X-Men: Armageddon is a movie I wanted to avoid because it seems to insult religions, however, it's not quite like that at all. This is a spin off of the reboot where a time line was changed by X-Men: Days of Future Past. Mystique is no longer a villain. She's a good guy. In fact, if anything she's leading the X-Men on this outing. I want to juxtapose this to the movie Inception. Inception is very much how this world works. These two go together. It's as though Earth were an idea and someone is coming to destroy it...it's an incomplete story but that's what I have for now. The woman screaming to be awoken refers to the Female essence of the trinity. Then we have Captain America's Super Bowl Ad and that one is clear. Divided we will fall as a species during this shift. If we are united we will stand together, this is on a world level not just in the United States although the US tends to act as a microcosm for the world as a whole. We were created as a new Atlantis. There is a thread here as well that needs to be it's own future post. All I can say is that Russia and the USA are working together against the 'Iron Man.' I'm not entirely sure what that is but that's what I see. The God's of Egypt is obvious. There is a battle going on for this entire world. We are on the brink of extinction on some level (not Global Warming per se but on an idealistic metaphorical level). Two God's are battling it out which you can see in the Islam vs. Christian mentality we are experiencing. This is the classic story of Horus vs. Seth. Horus is the son of Isis, her husband Osiris was killed by his brother (or at least that's what everyone thought). Osiris, in Egypt was known as the Bull of Heaven (he was killed by Gilgamesh in the Sumerian legend). The Horus that is pictured in this movie is very much the spitting image of Odin (the God of Norse legend). This is not a mistake. Batman vs. Superman is another big one coming out this year. You will notice that I am leaning a lot on trailers and on the comic book world. There is a really good reason for this because we are being given the option of what universe we want to belong to idealistically. The DC universe vs. the Marvel Universe has been a big thing in the past for those of us who are nerds. (Don't even get me started on the Star Wars Universe lol). These two are really good at battling it out with one another. Here though, notice what's going on. A third player sets up a battle between Man (Batman) and God (Superman). When they won't destroy each other he introduces a new enemy calling him The Devil (Zod). Then Superwoman shows up to save the day. A female aspect again seems to be the thing that changes the tide. Finally, there is Deadpool. What makes Deadpool so important is that he is the epitome of what happens if we try to change our genes to something else and become super human. This is someone who wants to be a super hero. Then he admits he's not a super hero after he undergoes a very difficult process. (That really sounds familiar to me.) However, he has to become a super hero because his favorite girl is threatened. We find out that the woman has played many roles but damsel in distress is not one of them. Deadpool also has the ability to know that he is in a movie and interacts with the audience. We see this in the brilliant marketing scheme already. This breaking of the fourth wall could be the breaking of the "fourth dimension" (I know the scientifically bent mind will hate that phrase because it is a metaphysical one). We are currently in the third dimension, so the fourth wall is a big deal. This is where reality and fantasy meet. Shakespeare was the first to break the first wall with his soliloquies where the actors shared their thoughts (Hamlet being my favorite).
"What men call the shadow of the body is not the shadow of the body, but is the body of the soul."
Oscar Wilde This is going to be a very esoteric and highly eccentric post. This is going to cross into territory that may be strange for some. I apologize if there is any confusion or that this might cause fear. My direct intent is to banish such fears. However, it is sometimes hard for me to translate concepts in a way that all people can understand due to some religious superstitions that people refuse to let go of for reasons I cannot understand. I trust that this will find it's way to the people who need it. I also want to say that I am writing these posts to combat the fear mongers. There are many out there who are breeding fear in others. These people see the Satanic in everything from the way houses are built to almost every music video out there. The sad thing is what they call Satanic is actually the Universal Unconscious that Jung talks about and they attribute Satanic meaning to Universal Archetypes. That, in a way, is self condemnation and promotes the idea that we must all be an army of clones instead of humans. I will not stand silent in the face of so many of these people claiming the internet. Someone has to claim this territory for the light and truth so I will do it. Peter Pan I cannot think of the shadow people without thinking of the introduction to the movie, "Peter Pan," by Disney. Pan flies in through the window because he's trying to capture his shadow. Peter is already the boy who never grows up and through some kind of magic has a shadow that has a mind of it's own. Wendy, thoughtfully, stitches the shadow back where it belongs as she explains that she must grow up and the Journey to Never Never Land begins. In The Twilight In the Twilight between wake and sleeping I've experienced some interesting things. There have been numerous 'things' that I have seen. This does not seem to be a singular occurrence but is known in the Medical Industry as Sleep Paralysis. In the medical industry the cure is to take sleeping pills or some other remedy. The idea is that the mind is dreaming but there is a faulty 'circuit' somewhere in the brain preventing true sleep. So, even with eyes wide open, the body is paralyzed as though it were asleep and the mind is dreaming. I am not a medical doctor and I cannot claim any authority over this particular idea. However, I disagree with this analysis. I think there is more to the story. I don't have fear when I experience The Twilight because I don't fear death but I find the experiences interesting. However, others report a very disturbing experience in this state of Twilight. There are numerous reports of seeing "shadow people." These creatures terrify the individual and there is one notorious baddy called "The Hat Man". A woman named Heidi Hollis wrote a book cataloging the many tales surrounding the Hat Man and other shadow creatures. The sheer number of people who have reported seeing this entity awake or in the Twilight are staggering. Strangely, I disbelieved in these reports until I too saw one (I have also seen Faery's in this state but I won't go into that here). However, the image did not terrify me. I knew that it was not coming for me and even more sadly, the creature seemed frightened of me. The creature appeared to be a young boy and I was reminded of Peter Pan's cantankerous shadow. The entity was more interested in sneaking past my sight but it was spurred on for some reason into the room. I had the sense that it was drawn to sleeping mortals because it cannot dream or conceive of anything outside of itself. I might avoid this subject if it wasn't for the fact these creatures are terrifying people. I do not believe them to be evil. Instead, I think they are something else entirely. I know that this might be a stretch of logic for some, to say that there is such a thing as shadow people, but I want to explain that I think this is part of the psychological experience of every human being. The Shadow According To Carl Jung Carl Yung described the part of the psyche that is disowned as being 'The Shadow.' This Shadow is all of the unwanted psychological parts of the being. Within the shadow goes all of the fear, the pain and all of the unpleasant feelings that a person does not want. The parts of that person that was rejected by their parents, was abused, or felt unloved go into the shadow. An important part of coming to terms with any issues regarding identity is to own all of those parts that we have disowned. First, we must name the aspect that we have repressed or denied. Once the problem is named we can then embrace that part of ourselves. We no longer require the shadow to take on these parts of ourselves that we have cast off. Embracing our shadow is an incredibly important part of reclaiming our soul identity. The darkness is not something to be feared nor is it something to be conquered. As long as we cast out these parts of ourselves and remain afraid of them they will continue to haunt us. The Shadow Entity What I propose might sound strange, but I believe that we start building these entities when we are a child. This is something we all do, from the time we are small because we cannot accept the unfairness that is life when we remember the love of God so easily. Then when we are adults people become so fearful of their Shadow Selves that they run to addictions like drugs, smoking or alcohol. These shadow entities serve as mirrors embodying all that a person fears most because they are the unclaimed aspects of the person. Sometimes, just contemplating those unnamed fears can make them terrifying. Even worse because people give power to these fears by placing their mind upon the subject the entities can become stronger. Much like an addiction the more a person pays attention to the problem and feeds it the stronger these entities become. I do think they are almost sentient on some other dimension but they are entirely dependent upon their human component for their existence. Name Your Fear To transmute these shadows into the light is a big part of any recovery process for a human being. First, before we can overcome any type of fear we have to name it. This is tantamount to 'naming our demons.' Once we give voice to that which we fear most it loses it's power over us. Standing Naked Before God This is a concept that I have held onto for a long time. I thought that it came from a Psalm in the bible but I have not been able to find the source. The idea is that one can be made pure enough to stand before God. So often, we are told that we are never going to be pure enough to stand before God, that we are unrighteous, that we are sinners from the day we are born, that we cannot even think of approaching the throne of God and so on. However, we can choose to name our fears and explore our own psychological map uprooting the fear. Once we replace shame and fear with love for ourselves we can stand in the righteous presence of God. This takes a lot of work and I'm not sure that it is achieved in just one life. I think all of us should strive to embrace those aspects of ourselves that we are not proud of so that we can, metaphorically, stand before God. Once we are not ashamed of our own nature it can be very cleansing psychologically. The Shadow As Our Soul Somewhere in the depth of those unwanted aspects of ourselves is also our connection to our Higher Selves. The Shadow becomes the inner child once our fears our named, cleansed and accepted. Our child self that began building that shadow aspect of our psyche is always there waiting to be allowed back in. There has been a lot of work about the inner child so I don't feel the need to cover that topic in this particular post. However, it is that inner child, that we cast out as the shadow portion of our psyche that still holds the divine light of our connection to our Higher Self. Until we can recover that inner child, the one that truly believes in a Higher Power, we are resigned to being carbon copy humans churned out by the mainstream populace's idea of perfection. We can never know our Higher Self until we accept the shadow portion and turn it into the inner child. Conclusion The Shadow People that have been see by many people in the Twilight of sleep are the unwanted aspects of a human incarnation. In some place, between the mind falling asleep and the waking state these creatures lurk. They are not waiting to drive nightmares into people but are waiting to be reclaimed as the inner child. They are simply misunderstood. An important part of becoming a self-actualized individual is to work with these parts of our psyche. We must accept all of those parts, all of those deeds, and all of those memories of abuse or unfair circumstances that we do not want to own. Edgar Cacye said that, "Thoughts are so real they can poke you in the eye," and I think that's important to remember in the case of Shadow People. The concept of Peter Pan clearly illustrates not only the Inner Child (Pan) but the shadow self (his cantankerous shadow) that the child-self begins to build as a companion in this material world. We only need to reclaim that shadow, turning it into the inner child that it has always been and re-establish our connection to the Higher Self. Music Video's I'm going to include five music videos. The first is Stars Align and the second is Shadows both by Lindsay Stirling. Second, there is a very well done video about and with the lyirc's of Tool's Forty-Six and 2. Finally, I am posting David Bowie's Black Star and Lazarus videos. I believe, as Joseph Campbell stated, that artists are Shaman's and plug into the Universal Unconscious (Over Soul) and thus the archetypes that capture concepts of the human experience. They are the translators of the voice of God more or less. In Stars Align, the Lindsay that descends in white is the pure soul descending into matter. The Lindsey playing the violin to the Crystal Ball is the Higher Self, playing her song to her incarnate self, hoping that the incarnated self will awaken. To me the first video shows how even in the darkest night our shadow holds the connection to our Higher Self. The light is being passed around by the shadows when the human self is the most fearful. I also want to address the concept of the eclipse seen- it shows the different selves aligning and in particular the male and female. Then, of course, the Higher Self and incarnate working in unison. (For those who want to delve deeper into this topic take a look at John Van Auken's interpretation of the book Revelation from the bible). The other video, Shadows, actually shows the cantankerous nature of our shadow selves (our inner child). The video of Forty Six & 2 made by ShaunLiving has some pretty spot on explanations and diagrams shown in the video. My experience with the band (Tool) is a very interesting one. I almost threw up at their concert, I'm not sure if it was because of of the energy that they were channeling or all of the pot smokers but it was just way too much for me. I admit that I am unsure of the statement about chromosomes and only aboriginal tribes in africa having the 46 & 2 chromosomes. I haven't looked into that one on any level but it is a fascinating idea none the less and if that's what's happening to me on some level it's an interesting experience. Finally, David Bowie's song Black Star has some really heady symbolism. I'm including just the trailer link because it show's enough (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_t-xOGksOQ). I could and might have an entire blog dedicated to the symbolism in that video. He depicts both his body self (the white guy), his shadow (the black guy) and his Higher Self (the woman) in this video and they are in the pyramid shaped room because they are in the inner sanctuary of his mind. I could go deeper into that awesome video but that pretty much covers what I wanted to in this post. I am also including Lazarus because it shows Bowie owning his shadow (that pops out of the closet where a child hides all of their fears) and also his higher self (the girl from the first video) hiding underneath his death bed.
The Higher Self is a concept that I never could quite wrap my mind around. To me it seems to be a concept that few people really dig deeply into understanding. Instead, people seem to expect it to be some sort of cheat code to the game of life. People ask how they can speak directly to their higher self so that they can know what to do, treating it more like a coach then a partner in this life and something that can control them like a puppet.
Not only do I think our human minds would resent such control but I think that it wouldn't be half as beautiful as the intricate relationship we have to our Higher Self. There have been many who have tried to approach this subject from very divergent paths. I can, by some ability I cannot quite understand, unite those paths into one voice and show people how all of these many paths lead to the same goal. The Higher Self In the Egyptian Book of the Dead In Egyptian sources the soul is called Ba and it's not to be entirely confused with our Earthly Existence (John Van Auken, 1999). The Ba is depicted as a human with a birds head, the birds body symbolizes the spirit or soul of a person. The Earthly body was called Ka and the goal was to unite the Ba and Ka so that the person could return to the celestial being it was before incarnating in this world (a Godling created in the image of the Creator). The two concepts are very separate and it's easy to identify the Ba as the Higher Self. (As for why this would happen at all, the idea is that we were immature psyche's in the beginning and we decided coming down to Earth and playing this game would be a good way to become wise quickly.) The Higher Self Depicted In The New Testament We can find a version of the Higher Self in the book of Luke using the same imagery as the Egyptian Book of the Dead, "When all of the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." Of course, it's not until we read Revelation (which was a vision and such things are on the same level as a Shamanic Journey or Dream. Revelation has many levels because the vision of the Higher Self is far more complex than our limited minds can comprehend) that we realize exactly what Yeshua did that was so different from other people but that analysis is for another post. I still do not understand what Yeshua did completely or what it means for humanity and I find the Church explanation lacking significantly in Truth (as one would expect of a regime that used religion to control people not enlighten them). The Higher Self in Journey of Souls In Journey of Souls by Michael Newton (1994) it is explained that there is a portion of the soul that never leaves heaven. That portion, to the others who remain in heaven appears to be 'sleeping' because it's entire energy is turned towards the human experience that it is undergoing. However, it can still be interacted with and can even go to meet those returning from the Earth plane experience. In fact, it's explained that the full energy of a soul cannot go entirely to Earth. This portion of the Energy of the Soul that remains in "heaven' or the spiritual plane would be the Higher Self. Further, it is explained that before a person Incarnates not only do they go over the life they are to have in detail- they learn the different cues in life and they know every potentiality of that life. As there are many different ways that a life can go the Soul, before it incarnates, tries to remember particular cues or reminders to keep it on the path where the Soul will experience the most growth. Therefore, the portion of the Soul (or Ba, if you prefer) does know the "lay of the land" and can help guide the portion of it's energy that's invested (or entombed) in the physical body. The Higher Self According to Bashar (Channeled by Daryl Anka) Perhaps some of the most entertaining perspectives I've ever heard regarding the Higher Self were given by Bashar. He described the Higher-self as a bird and the self as walking through a valley (reminiscent of Psalm 23). The Bird (Higher Self/Ba) can see that there is a hole and it tries to communicate it to the physical self through dreams and intuition. The Self (or human incarnation) keeps going ignoring their Ba (higher-self) and falls into a ditch. The Higher Self throws it's arms up in frustration. The higher-self doesn't want to be in the ditch anymore than the human self. It is only when the two (Ba and Ka, Human mind and Higher self) are working in conjunction that the human self can heed the warnings, turn back and go to the bridge spanning the crevice that it had missed, that was just a few miles back and did involve a little back tracking to find. The Higher Self According to Carl Jung This concept I did not come across until a chance discussion. However, it did provide an, "Ah ha!" moment. I was speaking to a man that believed that his Anima had more or less rejected him preventing him from continuing his soul's inner seeking journey. I realized my Animus takes up the form of my husband and that we go on many journeys together entering many portals in my dreams. When attempting to study this concept in depth further I have discovered a hideous amount of disinformation and confusing interpretations. So to cut into the pie, as it were metaphorically, I'm just going to state my interpretation. The portion of the person that remains in heaven is actually the opposite of the gender that we experience here on Earth. For example, my aspect that remains on the spiritual side is male. Jung explains that this part of the person's identity is plugged into the Collective Unconscious. As I have discussed before, this Collective Unconscious is more of The Consciousness (what some refer to as an Oversoul) but that is another post. More or less, I have found that I can improve my relationship with my Higher Self by improving the relationships we have with the opposite sex here on Earth. Once the two sides are working in union life becomes far more clear. There are many ways that this can be done, I am sure, but it's imperative to embrace the aspects that are the opposite gender of our own. The Higher Self Information from Collete Baron-Reid While reading the the book The Map by Collete Baron-Reid I found the last bit of the puzzle when it comes to the Higher Self. This goes into the conversation I was having with the person regarding his Anima that he felt had rejected him. The key with being in tune with the Higher Self is to fully embrace and integrate all your aspects. If we do not integrate (and choose to repress) parts of ourselves we won't have a relationship with our Higher Self. Instead, we create a Shadow Side to ourselves. Nature will run it's course (as the Catholic Priests discovered) whether we embrace it or not so the way of the monk is not the true answer nor is the idea of severing ourselves from the human experience everyone else has on Earth. "Another important part of this book grew out of the personal work I did toward healing my wounded ego. Pioneering psychologist Carl Jung called this unhealed ego the Shadow- it contains the parts of the self that we refuse, deny or repress. Until I was able to name and accept the parts of me that identified with my wounds, I was unable to become the person I wanted to be." (Colette Baron Reid, 2011). I can tie this in with the Egyptian Book of the Dead where the initiate Ani is asked who is Ra the reply is, "The creator of the names of his limbs, which came in to being in the forms of god's who are in the train of Ra, 'I am he who cannot be repulsed by the Gods." This is, in and of itself, an entirely different blog but suffice to say that it is part of the initiates journey to familiarize ourselves with all of our parts- especially by embracing that which we hate or we are the most ashamed. That which is resisted persist's as a good friend of mine, Michael Robert Schaumann, recently told me. What we repress becomes our Shadow. Given that people are currently seeing this Shadow aspect of themselves (and seeing it as menacing such as The Hat Man by Heidi Hollis) it's really important we deal with our Wounded Ego's and get in touch with our Higher Selves. However, there are many paths to this form of healing. The best description of this process of integration is profoundly presented by Denise Lin in the forward of Colette Baron-Reid's book as, "...the hero's journey into the authentic self." The authentic self lies within the union of the Higher Self with this Earthly incarnation. Those who have this connection are called "self-actualized" and, as Maslow suggested, represent a very small percentage of the human population. Self-actualization, however, cannot entirely be realized until an individual commits themselves to the service of others. The classic words of Yeshua in Matthew 5:15 come to mind here: "Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house." The Language of the Higher Self Dreams have always been something that people pay attention to and that I have always seen as a sort of guide. The late psychic Edgar Cacye encouraged people to inspect their dreams. He explained that when we go to sleep it is like death and we cross over to the other side. Bashar says the same thing in that when we are sleeping we are our true selves. Therefore, when we come back in the morning our mind interprets that experience of the 'spirit.' The dream symbolism, in my opinion, is how we can communicate with our Higher Self. As Jung and Joseph Campbell points out it is with universal archetypes- the Collective Unconscious has access to all of the human information so we are 'plugged in' to the same group that's why they are universal- and it can take some time to learn or understand this symbolism. I highly recommend dream interpretation books written by Edgar Cacye's A.R.E. We are always given little tid-bits of what to expect or something that will help us with the current portion of the Hero's Journey upon which we are traveling. Conclusion The Higher-self is neither ambiguous neither is it a concept that is completely metaphor. This is a very real part of our souls that dwells on the other side of the 'veil.' That portion of us is always in contact with us as we journey throughout life. The Higher Self is always in contact with God as well because it is in the place of spirit with God. That aspect also contains much of our energy from past lives in the other gender and presents itself in our dreams as the opposite gender. The process to work with the Higher Self is that of integration. Learning not to repress aspects of ourselves. That can be very challenging work. I like to describe it as a process where I am continually finding baubles to inspect or something else to integrate. I am not sure if that process ever ends in life because as I grow I always seem to find more psychological wounds to explore and heal. A good indication that we are not working with our higher self is when we dream of disputes with or encounter a non-compliant opposite gender in our dreams. We can resolve our issues with the opposite gender in the real world by working on our relationship with the opposite gender or balancing the male/female drives that we all possess within ourselves. However, if we are working in the opposite way (dis-integration) we create a shadow. Those un-owned aspects of ourselves that we loathe can take on a life of their own and can really plague the human mind. I have not delved deeply into this topic, but it almost seems as though some people create an actual entity that can be seen in the Twilight before sleep. That might be a future blog post. Finally, let me explain why I chose "Little Piece of Heaven" as a video to best portray the union of the "Higher" and "Lower" self. It's a bit graphic and people might see it as evil. However, so often on our way to becoming self-actualized we try to kill our inner male or female component. We then exist as nothing more then pure animals. This song best captures the idea of someone who gives into their base urges, then realizes what they have done to themselves, and then 'marries' their Higher Self. Whether this is the point of the artists, I have no idea, but I think it is a very poignant way of seeing how we usually deny/repress or even "slay" our Higher Selves. Joseph Campbell said it best in an interview I recently watched when he said, "Be careful that when slaying the Dragon you do not slay the best part of yourself." |
