I believe that Jesus/Yeshua was one of the greatest mystic's of all time. He managed to so merge with the Oneness of God that he did not experience death. Yet, much of what he has taught has been misinterpreted mostly do to the nature of people who were used to their polytheistic religions. They changed the teaching of Oneness that was the basis of all that Yeshua taught into a polytheistic religion about a God and his demi-god Son...Both of which, they explained, are far beyond mere mortals comprehension necessitating that we have Priests and a Pope who rules the world in Yeshua's place (which is not far from what the Emperor's of Rome who taught they were demi-gods and so best suited to rule the world). Yet, Yeshua was a way shower and he never accepted the idea of being King of the World. Knowing this we must re-examine the bible to detect the errors created in the belief system by false teachings that arose from Rome's desire to rule the world. Many believe that the Kingdom of Heaven is something you experience only when you die. That's where God resides and that you can only reach it (and God) through death. First, however, before you are worthy of heaven, dogma teaches, you must be a good little girl or boy on Earth. This is an impossible task with impossibly complex rules...and so you need a Priest to erase your sins on a weekly basis. Besides, you're automatically guilty due to your association with Adam and Eve's transgression in the bible. Yet, what we are taught about heaven with Angels playing harps in midst clouds is nothing more than dogma and resides no where in the bible. Again, as we examine what the Christian Churches hold as true we find that these superstitions and misunderstandings were developed when people didn't have access to the bible. Further, those who were farthest removed from when the gospel were taught applied what they believed about prior polytheistic religions to Christianity. Misunderstandings, then, in absence of source material are natural. After reading and meditating on what is actually in the bible I have come to see the Kingdom of Heaven very differently then the dogmatic ideas promoted by Christian churches. For many in these churches the teachings of Yeshua seem a mystery because they will continue to be confused by teachers who fail to understand them. When you teach nonsense based on ideas built upon those who failed to comprehend or misunderstood the teachings, you breed uncertainty and require unquestioning faith while denying logic. Yet, to those who seek truly the meanings become as apparent and plain as day. Kingdom of Heaven Quotes Here is a listing of several Kingdom of Heaven Quotes: "Truly, I say unto you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven." Matthew 18:3 "Truly, I say to you it is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven." Matthew 19:23 "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in heaven." Matthew 16:19 "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who casts seed upon the soil, and he goes to bed at night and gets up by day, and the seed sprouts and grows- how, he himself does not know. The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head. But when the crop permits , he immediately puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come." Mark 23-29 "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure in a field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that has and buys the field. "Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he bought." Matthew 13:44-46 He presented another problem to them, saying, "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a Mustard Seed, which a man took and sowed in his field; and this is smaller than all other seeds, but when it is full grown, it is larger then the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches." Matthew 13: 31-43 "Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." 13:47-52 There are many more. This is but 7 of 21 listed at this website: https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/Kingdom-Of-Heaven Meditating On The Quotes One thing becomes abundantly clear. No where does Yeshua say that you must die in order to obtain the Kingdom of Heaven. He likens the Kingdom of Heaven to objects here on Earth. In fact, he says those who do not obtain the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth will be separated from those who do at the end of the Age of Pisces. Those who do not obtain the Kingdom of Heaven will be thrown into the mix again where they will 'gnash their teeth.' Yeshua uses metaphor to explain the Kingdom of Heaven. This means that it is an abstract concept, not a place. Sometimes it's a mustard seed, sometimes money entrusted to servants, sometimes lamps trusted to virgins, sometimes to guests being invited to a wedding feast... This suggests that the Kingdom of Heaven isn't really a place. Instead, the Kingdom of Heaven is something we've been entrusted with and can obtain right now on Earth. A State of Mind Since the Priests of Rome wanted to be able to dictate how people behave the last thing they wanted was for them to obtain anything on their own. The priests of Rome then, set themselves up as the only emissary to Yeshua and therefore God. Since access to the divine was reserved only for the Priests and the last thing they would teach was that the Kingdom of Heaven is something that could be achieved at home. To teach that the Kingdom of Heaven was a state of mind in which communion with Yeshua and God/Source were possible would make the position of a Priest unnecessary. They alone had the magical ability to appeal to these two fearsome constructs. Yet, Yeshua never taught his followers to fear him. He was, in all acts, the embodiment of love. As we have seen, it is clear, the Kingdom of Heaven that Yeshau teaches is not a place you go only when you die. This is something he's given us the keys to so we may obtain it in this life. A child can enter the Kingdom of Heaven because his Ego is not fully grown. He is still trusting and filled with wonder. They know that material things hold no value. They live in the moment enjoying the experience in the now living life to the fullest with an open heart. A rich man cannot find it easy to enter the Kingdom of Heaven because he places his self-value in things as the Ego teaches. He does everything to feed the Ego and often these people have a God complex. They think that it is they who create all of the abundance in their life. They think they control everything and that the world would stop turning without them. They are the center of their own universe and expect everyone to cater to them reshaping the world into their inner image of themselves. To admit that there is anything beyond themselves threatens their existence. Kingdom of Heaven Is Within "It is hard to understand what "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you" really means. This is because it is not understandable to the ego, which interprets it as if something outside is inside and this does not mean anything. The word "within" is unnecessary. The Kingdom of Heaven is you. What else but you did the Creator create, and what else but you is His Kingdom? This is the whole message of the At-One-Ment; a message which in its totality transcends the sum of it's parts. You, too, have a Kingdom that your Spirit created. It has not ceased to create because of the ego's illusions. Your creations are no more fatherless than you are. Your ego and your spirit will never be co-creators, but your spirit and your Creator will always be. Be confident that your creations are as safe as you are." Course in Miracles pg 83. This is getting a bit into the concept of Double Mindedness which will be covered in Friday's post. My Root Chakra Experience When I was first clearing my chakras I was using meditations on YouTube to do them. I recorded these meditations because they were absolutely fascinating. Each week I focused on a particular Chakra. There was a strange thing that happened when I worked on my Root Chakra. The Meditation involved the Angel Jophiel. I used this meditation although I won't guarantee that everyone will have the same result (https://youtu.be/uDNjtO7-AlA?list=PL8Mz0EXx_3BX1bJl668x4bjmrGDHStIgl). What I saw during the meditation was Jophiel pulling out weeds. I thought that was really strange. Here I am working on my root chakra and I see the Angel pulling out weeds. If we look at the Mustard seed parable, though, it makes absolute sense. The other seeds were those that were undesirable. Clearly, Jophiel was removing everything that was not desirable and leaving the one that would grow. I never really understood this vision or what it meant until I was meditating on the Kingdom of Heaven. In the Dogon Tradition the granary is one of their key symbols. In it they keep seeds that represent the mystical forces of life. In a way this is a representation of the spiritual human body. Our root chakra is in the same place as the seeds are kept in the granary. You can read a little about this here: https://grahamhancock.com/scrantonl2/. We will come back to the idea of the Dogon Granary as a metaphor for the spiritual body of a human being in a later post titled Meditations on the Smith. The seed of our Oneness of God grows up from the Root Chakra. On the top of the Dogon Granary (heart chakra) was supposed to be the Smith, although, this has always been metaphorical. The smith, according to the Dogon, was one of the most sacred ancestors to have come to Earth. Clearly, to have agriculture you needed a smith to create tools. Without tools you cannot maintain a garden. Conclusion There have been many steps on my journey. There have been mis-steps as well and so when covering a complex subject such as this it is hard to list all of the different revelations I have experienced. The experience that really makes the others inconsequential is that of Oneness. Since obtaining that sense of Oneness on a deep level I realized none of the other steps matter. Clearly, when books like A Course in Miracles and Edgar Cacye talk about Atonement...they mean At-One-Ment. Yeshua, no doubt, also meant At-One-Ment with god and not some sort of punishment, but I will perform that meditation at a later date. What happens, which is amazing, is that as I worked with my dreams I discovered a very punny tendency. There is something about Spirit (Holy Spirit, if you prefer) that loves to use a play on words. Usually, it's absolutely hilarious when you actually get what it means...which makes me think God/Source has one heck of a sense of humor. For example, in the one dream with the Gardner where I realized I was on the same ride and she handed me Change and I didn't know what that meant. That mean, of course that things were going to 'change' because I recognized the pattern of repetition. There are other examples of this but this is all will share for now,. I just wanted to explain that this play on words is very normal when working with Spirit. What is found when you reach that state of At-One-Ment is that little else matters. Within that state of mind, which I *think* is the Kingdom of Heaven (I leave room here for an expanding comprehension of this subject as this may become more illuminated as time passes) is a great deal of peace and no fear. We are always with God/Source. We are not required to die and go anywhere to experience communion with God/Source. In fact, nothing is really required of us but to release our feeling of unworthiness, shame and fear. To do this we have to let go of personality and Ego which we believe we have used to shield us from God/Source. I will go far more deeply into this subject in the Meditations on the Trickster blog and Meditation Revisiting The Fall of Adam. There is a great deal of startling and paradigm shifting information on these two subjects that I have stumbled upon. I hope that you see here that Heaven is not a place that you go when you die based on some great sacrifice you give during life. Instead, it is a state of mind that you can obtain here and now by realizing your ever present Oneness with God/Source. You are not a little "g" per se as the Ego will have you believe. You are One with God/Source, never apart for it, and the most proper thing is to unite your will with that of God/Source and become one of his Agents on this Earth to wake other people up to the Good News. The Good News is that Yeshua proved that we are One with Source/God always and there is no death if you obtain the right state of mind. This is no more difficult then maintaining a fruitful garden. This is the same Good News the Buddha taught, although, he did die a mortal death.
