(Image retrieved from www.constellations-and-backyard-stargazing.com) This is going to be a very short and sweet blog. Although, this is a very deep and complicated topic worthy of far more of my time and resesarch. The constellation of Scorpio is very important... I'm going to touch on these subjects very briefly and I hope that you will forgive me for that. I just want to seed your mind with this thought for now. I'm sure I'll dig deeper into this subject at a later date but I just wanted to put this out there. When you look at the image above you can clearly see how the image of the fish hook (the lower portion of the zodiac), the sanke with the upper portion representing the snakes mouth and the bottom it's serpent body, and the scorpio where the upper part is the tale. Yet, it is also an eagle (which is as bit more of a stretch based on the image above)! Scorpio The name of this constellation currently is Greek...because in many ways the Greek had as much as or even more influence on the modern world. The myth goes that Orion told the Goddess Artemis that he planned to kill every animal on Earth. To prevent this from happening Artemis sent Scorpio after the Hunter Orion and the scorpion killed him. Both Orion and Scorpio were placed in the Heavens by Zeus. The Fish Hook The same constellation for Scorpio is the God Maui's fishhook in Polynesian myth. The stories about Maui vary from culture to culture. Yet, the one that remains the same is that he fought the sun and that he pulled up land from the sea. This is the same Maui depicted in the movie Moana. I'm sure that in his book on the Maori Laird Scranton covers this topic. I hope to read that later this year. However, I must wonder if Maui is the Primordial Being Adam Kadmon. After all, it is Adam Kadmon's neighborhood of creation we live in and in Genesis 1:9 there is reference to the third day where, "God said said, 'Let the waters under the sky be gathered into one place so that dry land may appear," Again, I'm just putting this out here for now because it's a fascinating idea. Eagle In Jewish mysticism as I covered when discussing the World Card (the final tarot card key depicting that Path of The Seeker) Scorpio is the Eagle. What is interesting is that in the Tarot Scorpio is assigned the element of air and Aquarius is assigned to water...so it's reverse from what you find in traditional astrology. Further in this article https://thezodiac.com/eagle2.htm....the author shared that the Rabbi Joel C Dobbin in a book called Kabbilistic Astrology (I'm going to buy this book) explained that in the Hebrew tradition the sign of Scorpio is depicted as both the Eagle and the snake. The Eagle and the Snake represents very extreme high highs and very low lows. The Eagle and the Snake are found in Egyptian myths as well...and they are depicted in other cultures with the same idea. In fact, when we look at the Pillar 43 at Gobekli Tepe so often associated with the coming age we see both the Eagle and the Snake. This is mysterious to anyone that have no clue that the Eagle and the Snake are both Scorpio. (Image above retrieved from Pininterest.com)
Seven Points Of Interest First, is that maybe, just maybe Genesis starts off the story from the Perspective of Adam Kadmon- not the One Creator- creating our neighborhood of Creation. Second, it's very possible that Maui is the same Primordial being as Adam Kadmon. Third, that Scorpio represents the Fish Hook that is represented by the Hebrew letter Tizaddi...you can find a YouTube video and a blog on the subject on the side bar of this blog. You can also look into the Star Tarot Card Key from the Path of the Seeker to illuminate the Fish Hook symbol even further. Fourth, Orion and Scorpio myth indicates that the adversary Scorpio that brought chaos and death to Orion. This is the same story as the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden because of the snake...only in Greek Myth it was the Scorpion- which is associated with stinging words. Fifth, this further illuminates the triumph of Ophichus as important. Ophichus has mastery over the Serpent that he holds. He has mastered his ego which is constantly chattering in his mind and the way he holds the snake shows that he also has a balance. Sixth, this concept predates all of the religions because it is depicted on Pillar 43 at Gobekli tepe. Seventh, this is symbolized by Horus, the eagle headed God of Egypt who over comes Set who is associated with the Snake. Further, all of the Neters have similar imagery of a snake/chick/egg symbolsim in their names. Conclsuion I apologize that I am so vague on this blog...because (as I said) I am deep into other research on the Path of 7's. Yet, there are some very obvious connections (as you can see) from these associations. This is food for thought and as I explained is worthy of more research. Also, while writing the next blog on the Conjunction pill I realized that the Alchemical Stage of Conjunction is intimately related to this concept. So please check out that YouTube video...below is a slide on that.

I've decided to share the meaning of the symbolism of the snake with you as I have come to know it. The realization of it's meaning started with a very personal journey and then a realization of the universality of this symbol and it's meaning.
As the picture of our snake, Speeder, shows my husband and do not possess phobias about snakes. Although, I know a great many friends and family members that do have a phobia. As always, Spirit speaks in abstract symbols in my dreams. These can be hard to interpret at times and sometimes they are very clear. In the case of the snake symbol it all started with what felt like a nightmare. In the Native American culture everyone has some sort of medicine they offer others based on their animal. I had a dream not very long ago where I realized mine was snake medicine. I was seeing these three snakes heading towards me as a voice told me that it was my medicine. I tried to argue as much as I could because I did not want it to be true. Snakes are almost universally hated. I didn't want to be universally hated as well. In the dreams the snakes bit me over and over. On the calf, on the soft part between the thumb and index finger. I had so many snake bites I thought I should have died. I realized I just absorbed the venom. Then the voice told me that I had been bitten so many times that I had become numb to it and learned to transform the bites into something positive. That's when I realized it wasn't terrible to be a snake medicine person. In My Books I realized that I had created similar character's in my stories about the world I had created: Merosis. In that world there were assassins that took poison until it no longer had an effect on them. The small doses allowed their body to adapt to the poisons so it would not kill them and they could do their job more effectively. I always loved these characters and they were some of my favorite to write. Little did I realize that people could be that way in real life. Viper Pits I had described much of my life as being flung into viper pits. This is how I look at most social situations. Especially work situations where people are back stabbers. I've realized this is the normal way of human interaction. People attack those in whom they see themselves...especially if it's the bad traits they want to deny in themselves. I have worked with vile co-workers that cared for nothing but themselves. They acted out of self interests to the point where they could not even see the people they worked with as fellow human beings. They were only out for themselves and willing to stab or step on anyone to reach their goals. I couldn't understand why I kept attracting these situations where people rejected me. I have had these situations my entire life starting with elementary school. I will go into that story elsewhere. To put it simply when each person bit me I learned something. I experienced betrayal and rejection so much that I became intimate with it. To the point where it no longer effected me. Snake Medicine Here is what Jamie Sam's says about Snake Medicine in the companion Book to her Medicine Cards pg 61: "Snake Transmutation Snake medicine people are very rare. Their initiation involves experiencing and living through multiple snake bites, which allows them to transmute all points, be they mental, physical, spiritual, or emotional. The power of snake medicine is the power of creation, for it embodies sexuality, psychic energy, alchemy, reproduction, and ascension (or immortality). The transmutation of the life-death-rebirth cycle is exemplified by the shedding of Snake's skin. It is the energy of wholeness, cosmic consciousness, and the ability to experience anything willingly and without resistance. It is the knowledge that all things are equal in creation, and that those things which might be experienced as poison can be eaten, ingested, integrated, and transmuted if one has the proper state of mind. Thoth, the Atlantean who later returned as Hermes and was the father of alchemy, used the symbol of two snakes intertwining around a sword to represent healing. Complete understand and acceptance of the male and female within each organism creates a melding of the two into one, thereby producing divine energy. This medicine teaches you on a personal level that you are a universal being. Through accepting all aspects of your life, you can bring about the transmutation of the fire medicine. This fire energy, when functioning on the material plane, creates passion, desire, procreation, and physical vitality. On the emotional plane, it becomes ambition, creation, resolution and dreams. On the mental plane it becomes intellect, power, charisma, and leadership. When this Snake energy reaches the spiritual plane, it becomes wisdom, understanding , wholeness , and connect to Great Spirit. If you have chosen this symbol, there is a need within you to transmute some thought, action or desire so that wholeness can be achieved. This is heavy magic, but remember, magic is no more than a change in consciousness. Become the magician or the enchantress: transmute the the energy and accept the power of the fire." Conclusion I will go into how often I have been rejected by others in another blog. I think that has been a very important part of my journey. That is one of those greatest fears that most of us carry. I faced it so often it became ordinary to have it happen. Through being 'bitten' by people so often throughout my life I have no fear of it at all. I have been rejected for no reason. I have been hated for no reason. I have always had a big heart and given my all to others. Even at a young age I really wanted to help others. Snake medicine is very powerful. I have no doubt that my dream was right...even though I was afraid of such medicine I now consider it to be very empowering. I have long considered myself a translator. I've come to the belief that I am not really native to this Planet when it comes to my soul. I don't believe I was among the original group that became trapped in matter and began to fear God. I am one of those Star Seeds or Wanders who came to help. I am relatively new to Earth and the experience of separation that occurred here. As I have delved into the mysteries in many traditions I have seen the story that we keep telling ourselves. Mistakenly people believe it is the story of Source, which in a way it is because all is Source, but it also the story of each soul that comes here. The snake is an important symbol of that journey but it is as much of God/Source/All-That-IS as anything else. Nothing is a coincidence. Spirit has been trying to tell us the same thing over and over through different cultures for centuries. The snake is an important symbol and plays a role in that message. From the Egyptian, to Hindu, to Jewish, to Mayan, to Inca and to the Chinese...over and over again the snake image is used (sometimes as a dragon) and it is always powerful. There is a reason the caduceus with it's two snakes entwined- the symbol Hermes and Thoth carries- still represents healing.
As always, I'm gong to present a bunch of ideas.
Some of these ideas are relegated to fantasy. Some of these are just ideas I just want "out there". I'd love to see movies or books written on these ideas. I believe the inspiration for ideas come from a multitude of sources. Instead of sitting on them, I want them out there for people to work with and create new things. Today I'm going to touch on some bigger themes that have been coming up a lot. I might revisit some territory but this is just a brief snynopsis. Once I'm in a better place where I can spend more time delving deeply into these topics I'll go into further depth on these ideas. So, we are going to re-visit some ideas. I have done some research on these topics but it's more of a brief sketch of the image that I see becoming clearer. I am, as you probably know, most curious about going back as far in time to trace where the ideas that became our religions came from. By understanding that, I think we can start to identify unifying ideas and better understand who we are and the principals upon which our world was built. There are very prominent themes that can be extrapolated from Laird Scranton's work with the most ancient of Knowledge....and then traced down through the many religions. Each religious perspective or take on this can give us more clarity of what the original full picture might have been. Laird's work gives us the edges of the puzzle....but it can be filled in with later mythological interpenetration of that information. Take off Your Literal Hat We have become stuck in taking things literally. While it is beautiful to think that many of the things depicted in mythology occur on the material plane of existence it is unlikely. I believe some myths take place outside of time and space. We try to understand them by our perception of things but they are almost unfathomable to us because we aren't used to interpreting information in that way. So take of that literal hat that says everything physically happens on Earth and let's go into the land of the abstract. Giants We have heard about Giants in a few sources. The alternative spiritual field are nuts for Giants. They believe they literally existed. I don't know. The Giants might refer to forces of nature. Interestingly we find a lot of referrals to Giants in different religions. The Greeks, late comers in the spiritual cosmologies that I study, believed in Titans. Their God, Zeus, slew the Titans. The Norse believed something similar. In the Norse story Odin slays his father, a devourer (the Norse equivalent to Giants), and makes the world out of his remains. (Check out this article on this subject: http://norse-mythology.org/gods-and-creatures/giants/). Most of the alt-spiritual group refer to the Nephilim in the bible as Giants but maybe it's the Devourers. As I dig deeper into this subject by comparing Egyptian, Norse, Dogon and Christian comsmologies I'm sure I'll develop this idea further. Different Levels of Existence Realms: Spiritual concept that I will explain later...three levels of All That Is that appear to be interacting with one another. Dimensions: The rules are different in each. "Time" also exists at different rates within each. Multiple Timelines: There are probably a near infinite number of timelines. Each has a different version of us. These timelines are born from minute changes that can have big effects. Multiple Earths: Just as there are multiple timelines, there must be multiple Earths, just as there are multiple versions of each of us. Our Higher Selves, or Soul, is multi-dimensional experiencing all of this at once. In time travel, John Titor explained, multiple versions of himself went back in time. Because it wasn't perfect in dialing in a specific time, he never wound up in the exact past for his specific timeline. Then he even spawned a new Timeline by inadvertently preventing Y2K. Yet, there were multiple versions of him and one eventually would make it back to one of the future Timelines similar to his with the computer information they needed making the trip worth it because in some Timeline the effort would succeed. The Serpent Briefly I will revisit the Serpent topic. Serpents figure prominently in all myths throughout the Earth. Whether it is the Serpent that tempts Eve to eat of the Tree of Life and Death....or the Serpent Quzicotal that taught civilizing skills to the Native Americans. In my post that I have written but not shared about the Ancient Egyptian Neters because I intend to buy Laird Scranton's book on Ancient Egyptian Mythology where he breaks down their role in his cosmology comparison with the Dogon...(so that will come after Christmas)...There is a transition that I noticed. The Neters exist outside of our Time and Space (as I believe Adam and Eve did as well). They are more like Forces of Nature. Interestingly, there is a progression in their Glyphs. The first Neter's have the snake symbols as a part of their names. Then there is a transition to the Cosmic Egg, a Chick and finally 'creation' comes to fruition in the image of a Hawk (Horus). Realms Interestingly, from Laird's research there seems to be three separate "Realms" of creation. I wonder if this progression has to do with those 'realms.' The interaction of these three 'realms' are what create our reality. This also jives with what Jamie Sams has said in her book Other Council Fires Were Here Before Ours. On one level there was perfect harmony in the form of waves (the well of destiny in Norse Mythology from which the tree Yggdrasil sprang? The Void in the Native American Traditions). Then there was a sense of self-perception that created Chaos. (Perhaps the Giants of Norse Mythology?) Then of course is the material world that we experience. Interestingly, I wonder if the Norse Gods are similar. They seem to exist outside of our Time and Space as well and describe cosmic forces. So I'm studying this idea. The Giants might be the original chaotic forces born from the self perception of All-That-Is, symbolized by the Egyptian Neters with the snake symbols.I believe they are the same concept as the Titans of Greek Mythology. Thor and the Midgard Serpent I'm researching this one a bit so this is prior to research so I will come back to this topic. As I said in my previous post Ragnarok is part of the cycle the God's don't realize happens. They wake up re-born with amnesia every time it happens. Yet, though it is in the 'future' (remember they exist in a place outside of our own time) it is recorded even as people are worshiping the God's that will die. In that story Thor always dies when he kills the Midgard (Earth) Serpent. This cycle is repeated over and over again each time the worlds are renewed. Nine Worlds/Dimensions Midgard is the Norse word for our world, from what I can understand. It is one of the nine worlds (nine dimensions?). Thor is the "God" of this world/dimension (Earth) and he fights the Midgard Serpent. I find this all very interesting. As Midgard suggests we are in the middle (confirmed in other sources such as the Dogon) of these Nine Dimensions. Let's say we take the Eight Neters and apply them to this idea of 9 dimensions each of them "ruling over" a dimension. The ninth missing dimension is the Abyss, or "untime" the primordial womb (Well of Destiny?) from which all of us sprung. This is always implied as though everyone knew this to be the case. in the Egyptian Cosmology...even though Neith is left out she is considered "The Mother" of the Neters. Then let's apply the snake to those...the dimensions that are "below" us would be symbolized by the snake. The dimensions above us would be symbolized by the egg, chick and Hawk. In Ragnarok Thor always dies as he slays the Midgard Serpent. If, whatever we are doing creates a new higher and lower dimension as Bashar has stated....then somehow maybe the cycle the "gods" have been in on the 9th world/dimension that leads to the destruction and renewal of it all...has been averted. Perhaps Thor has beaten the Midgard Serpent somehow? I find this to be an entertaining thought. Ophiuchus The Serpent Bearer Alright, so let's stop there for now. That's as far as my thinking has gone on that specific topic. When I went back and studied how Thor dies fighting the Midgard serpent I was stopped cold. Remember all that fuss I made about the new "Horoscope Sign" Ophicuchus? All of us know that the ancients used to say that the constellations were set in place to commemorate certain events in the celestial world. Interesting, that at this time in our history the Serpent Bearer becomes recognized...as though a new constellation has been added. Just as a new dimension/world is said to be added. If we go with the idea that the heavens are reflecting celestial non-material events...this is very interesting. In Sumeria, where it was first recognized as a sign it was not included because it did not fit their calendar well enough. There was only a two week period. Yet, the pole of our Earth has shifted since that time and so now it is being included in our Horoscopes because it is now in the sky for a significant amount of time. Now it is in the sky for about a month. So, we have the 13th sign (some see that number as unlucky but according to Bashar the number represents Transformation). Thinking like the Ancients I'd say that Thor finally conquered the Midgard (Earth) Serpent. Pole Shift This takes us to the idea of the Pole Shift. In California there has at last been a shift in the weather. NASA confirmed a pole shift, although they say it is from the time of Ancient Sumeria until now so it was a gradual shift. Edgar Cacye predicted a cataclysmic pole shift if people continued on the dangerous path that we were on. Did a pole shift happen this year around October? There were hints about a pole shift being tracked by scientists back around 2012, I believe, but then it was completely dropped. I can't find any modern reference to such a thing except for the small article about Ophiuchus by Nasa. This is just an interesting idea. What a pole shift exactly means I don't know....but it's interesting and it may mean that the strange phenomenon that we have experienced had to do with a minor shift in the magnetic pole of our planet. Jesus/Yeshua the Time Traveler? Alright, this one is just fun. I do not suggest this seriously but it was an epiphany I thought was entertaining. People say the reason we don't have conclusive books about the Jesus depicted in the Dead Sea Scrolls is that there were multiples of him. Perhaps even three. I was watching Flash Season Two and they were talking about Time Remnants. That multiple versions of the same person can co-exist in a Time Line without fracturing it if one of them Dies. Well, definitely one of the three Jesus's did die. That would also explain why they saw him after he died. Of course, as a multi-dimensional being that might have brought a lot of that energy and knowledge into this life (or remembered it through various training...if what Edgar Cacye said is true that he was taught by Hindu, Egyptian and Jewish teachers he was actually the combination of multiple faiths)...he might have been able to manifest himself as three different people. This is just an entertaining idea and it would be a solution to the paradox represented by the Dead Sea Scrolls. Conclusion This is the interesting stuff that I have been researching. There will definitely be more to come. I also want to note that it is interesting that Thor: Ragnarok is coming out next year. Did 2012 start off with an alignment of the "Nine Worlds" or "Nine Dimensions" which leads to a convergence of timelines and allows those "Nine Worlds" to interact in the cosmic soup of creation by not leading to the repetitive destruction/recreation cycle but something completely new? Is that what's causing the Mandela Effect? Perhaps later I will go more in depth to an outline for an idea on this one (think of it more of a fantasy type work then something I necessarily believe is reality but nevertheless a mind bending and illuminating different perspective). This is where the path diverges. I think one group will take a route down to World War Three (Hilary Clinton getting into office might cause that) and Civil War as John Titor eerily described... Or it could go a different route that is far less likely and a miracle... I'm in the mood for miracles. Let's go CUBS! |
